Bill treated me like a family member. Im a return customer for a reason. You don’t keep going back to a dealer if you’re not comfortable with them. This makes 6 vehicles I’ve gotten from Atlantic. Billy was fantastic!
Billy was fantastic! He was receptive to what I needed and figured out a way to get me at the price I was not willing to go over. At closing, he got me in and out of the dealership in less than a hour. Such a smooth process! I would highly recommend Billy to anyone.

Thank you for clarifying.. I am no longer interested in dealer rip offs .. Not only are you asking for $1995 and a $695 fee, the car has to be financed thru your financing group adding to your commission thru your dealer buy rate . This dealer is asking $39300 AFTER you put up $1995, a $695 dealer fess and you MUST finance thru them..If you want to pay cash or get your own financing ...NOT allowed !!

You guys show the most unprofessional service. I will be contacting the BBB and the owner to continue my complaint. The laziness from your staff is unacceptable. I’m a customer who called and emailed you for a month now to buy a vehicle and you treated me like xxxx. I’ve contacted everyone from this list and they refuse to sale me the 2021 Yukon because I stay in Maryland and none of them wants to do the extra work. You guy’s treat customers like crap…
The Crime of Auto Finance fraud no Jail time!
Salesman was good, liked him. Next you must sit with the financial person who is the highest paid person in the dealership. Was approved for a car loan with Capital one but the financial person tells me I got you a better deal with GMAC finance, find out later this is false, rate was 2% higher, he receives a bonus for that. Next the extended warranty price of $1400. by the sales person I'm told by finance no, it's $2800 also false "You must have a extended warranty". Tells me I am giving you all I can for the used car. Price was $17,000 my trade gave me $3500 to put down, price now SHOULD be $13500. Plus tax plates and registration. Foolish I signed the contract next day I see he charged me $5000 for warranty on a certified car! Scam! Loan for $18500 plus. In writing I cancelled the extended warranty the next day. He never processed it, go there numerous times to get a answer, finally meet with him he tells me "I can't find your cancelled letter was just on my desk someone took it". Unbelievable he now has memory loss which he got back post 90 days of the sale. This still gives him a commission also does not come off the price of the car. I'm still paying for the total price, the refund becomes a credit which shortens the loan but payment is the same. Finance tells me "now you have no warranty on your car ' False and a lie.

I am so glad Bill helped me pick out the perfect car for me! He was patient with me because I was so undecided. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me exactly what I said. Even though I thought differently because I had another car in my mind but after sitting in a brand new Cadillac and running some numbers in my budget I drove my brand new Cadillac home in a couple of hours!!!! The management was also hands on with my car deal which means a lot to me. While waiting for the paperwork we all talked and laughed. It was a great experience all around.
