I had an awful experience with VW Coconut Creek,
I had an awful experience with VW Coconut Creek, specifically with an employee named Meagan. My husband received a text from Meagan saying our car was ready and asking what time we’d like the shuttle. He replied 9:30 AM the next day. At 9:30 AM — no shuttle showed up. I called 833-473-2155 to ask where the shuttle was. They told me to wait while they checked with Meagan. An hour later, I called again and was told, "Meagan is sick, and there is no shuttle." That’s it. No one bothered to inform us. No follow-up. No backup plan. Just radio silence and zero accountability. If your employee is out sick, someone else should step in. You can’t just leave customers stranded. This level of disorganization and lack of communication is completely unacceptable for a dealership of this size. VW Coconut Creek — do better.

My wife and I came in today with really no intention of buying or leasing. We just wanted to get some ideas. But after meeting John, he made it so easy to trade ours in to walk out with a new car. I recommend the dealership so highly now that I’ve met John he’s go to. I can’t say enough. I’m actually looking forward in the future to purchasing from John and Gunther.

A Mixed Experience – Great Sales Process, But Mechanical Issues Too Soon I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2022 Volvo XC60 B5 Momentum. While the sales experience was outstanding, I’m disappointed to report a significant mechanical issue just five weeks into ownership. The cam seals are drawing in air, causing a loud squealing noise, and now the timing belt needs to be removed and replaced to address the problem. For a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle—one that should have passed a thorough inspection—I expected better reliability and peace of mind. On a more positive note, the purchase process itself was excellent. Mr. Pierre, my salesperson, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He answered all my questions, shared detailed information about the vehicle, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable throughout the process. The entire transaction was smooth and professional—stress-free from start to finish. I’m frustrated and completely disappointed with the mechanical issue.
