I did not have an appointment and Scott fit me right in to determine why I was having an issue with my stereo presets. It was determined that the presets stayed for them and have curently stayed for me but Scott made sure that they were properly working before I left with my car.

Linda has always been a great asset to your dealership. She is so very knowledgible with our little Smart car the Bumble Bee. Her friendliness is truly appreciated. We travel from Colorado Springs to have the regular service done on our car and we plan to continue as we feel so welcome at your dealership. The waiting room with the coffee and the munchies is really a great idea to help us pass the time while you are doing the service on our little car. We did not see any of the workers on the car but know from the past times we have been there that they do a good job. All the workers in the dealership are so friendly as well and that is a good thing that we see the smiles and greeting from all of the workers there as I waited the day to have the regular service and have the windshield replaced. Another thing that is very nice there is the fact that if I needed to go anywhere you offered a loaner car or a shuttle to use for the day. Do keep up the good work and especially thank Linda for her kindness every time we visit the dealership. Sincerely Marjie Mays

Service for Smart Car the Bumble Bee

Purchases need Customer Friendly sales automation
The people and facility were excellent. We will definitely recommend and would buy again here. The only thing I would change is the length of the buying process. The buying process was not bad - in fact it was better than any other I have experienced. But it just should not take so long. My time is more valuable and sitting in a show-room while data is entered into multiple systems should be a thing of the past. A dealer should have one front end system that is integrated with whatever other systems they require. It should allow customers to enter data via the web in advance. If I fill out my personal data into that system, and am approved for purchase in advance of arriving at the dealership - which is what I did in this case, I should be able to arrive, select the specific car, and 15 minutes later be signing papers and walking out. Instead, it tends to take hours to complete everything. I know the back end process is complicated - but it can be automated. Process and software are my field. This is just something that has not yet become a priority for dealerships.
