Love Joshue Grimm, he is always professional and very friendly. Love the GLK I got, this will be the second one for me and I love it!

Nathan was very proactive in understanding my problem and moving ahead in a very professional manner to find the best solution. I had a nail puncture of my newly-purchased GLK Bluetec tire, a tire that it turns out, is not widely and quickly available. He was very courteous and friendly throughout.

Steve went above and beyond what I expected. He was very patient and new the product well. Steve called me for several days after purchase to make sure the car was performing well for me. I will definitely see him again in a few years.

Service was prompt and well done. They also kept me in the loop on the time line and what was being done on my car.

Owned many cars in my 71 years but this is first Mercedes. Have never seen a service dept as clean and well organized. Everyone I met was friendly and helpful. Sorry I don't recall all the names but dealt primarily with Mr. Nathan Barkin. He went out of his way to get me taken care of as soon as possible.

We were very happy with our experience at Mercedes-Benz of Westminster. Ms. Kit Carlson was a great salesperson-she was helpful, enthusiastic and available. We know from personal experience that customers are treated equally well buying a used car as they are buying a new one because we bought both.In a complicated trade-in transaction the owner Kevin Steward worked with us directly and now we happily own our dream car! We definitely recommend them!

I have never had customer service like this at a dealership. Ms Kit Carson customer service skills is pure excellent at it's best! My fath in dealerships has been restored. I'm so proud to be a customer at such a fine establishment.

Ryan was very personable with good follow up and good product knowledge. I asked that the vehicle not have your advertising on it and it did, so my request was ignored. The sales docs were mostly done upon my arrival as I had requested. Overall, very good.
