Had car towed to Audi of Nashua back at the beginning of November because the engine was shaking violently and the check engine light came on. Car sat in the shop for 3 weeks before they were correctly able to diag the issue. I was told I would need a new cylinder head assembly. Major engine issues when the car only had about 63k miles on it. Pretty sad Audi cannot make engines that last over 65k miles before major issues start to happen. Audi did not offer any financial assistance, citing lack of extended warranty (which is always useless because dealerships just weasel out of them) and lack of service records (which I have, just not from this dealership). We had bought the Audi from Audi of Nashua with 42k miles on it back in 2020 and had only put on 20k miles. Finally got the car back this past weekend. I will never deal with this dealership again. Audi does not stand behind their product and the car I bought from THEM was pretty much a lemon. Stay away from this place..

Terrible Customer Service
I was interested in a vehicle with at this dealership and put a deposit down to hold it. I ultimately chose not to proceed with the purchase due to other financial obligations and was told my deposit would be returned within 10 days. That never happened and now several weeks later, I get no response from the salesperson I was working with and when calling the dealership get horrible customer service. I am a lifelong Audi driver. I am still in the market to buy but simply put this on hold due to other circumstances. After this experience I WILL NOT even consider this Audi dealership as there are plenty of other in the area with the same great products and with significantly better customer service.

Don’t shop here. Got lied to
Got lied to about how much an Audi cost. Also, she lied to me about talking to her manager for approval for the price. I will never buy a car there. I cancelled my other car cuz she said I could buy the car at a certain price. So now I have no car

Horrible people!
These were quite simply the worst people I have ever tried to do business with in my life! At almost 40 years old I've had quite a few cars... This dealership was the worst!

3 Times to get it right
I usually don't write reviews but for this dealership I will make an exception. I live in Massachusetts, the only reason my car was at this dealership is because it stopped working near Nashua. I had to bring my vehicle back three times because they couldn't figure out the problem. The third time my engine light came on I reach out to the service advisor Trent and did not receive a call back. So, I reached out to the service manager Danielle who contacted me back to inform me that there are hundreds of reasons why my engine light could be coming on and then proceeded to lie to tell me her service advisor returned my call. I checked my call log and my voicemail, he did not call me back. A few days later after they claim the issue was resolved, I received a call from the service manager Danielle which started off with her saying "Are you going to come get your car" in a very rude tone. I had informed her service advisor Trent a few days prior to this call, that I am in graduate school, work full time at a private school, and work in consulting four days a week. I would come and get the vehicle as soon as possible, especially since it was my third time driving it back to New Hampshire. I thought the service manager Danielle, attitude was very aggressive and rude. I would have preferred not to converse with her throughout this whole situation because she actually frustrated me more than working with Trent. Two other issues: 1. The service department does not clean out the loaners before they give them to the next person. There was sticky residue on the controls in the car and the steering wheel had dry sticky residue. Another person shirt was in the back seat. 2. They have you sign paperwork stating when you return a loaner the gas tank must be on the same level as when it was given to you. Each time they gave me a loaner I brought the gas tank back on full. They gave my vehicle back on empty, my gas light was blinking.

Excellent Customer Service
We had a great experience purchasing a pre-owned Subaru at this Audi dealership. Our salesman, Brian Gillis, was very friendly and treated us with total respect even when we were only purchasing a pre-owned Subaru instead of an expensive Audi. Both Brian and Veeral Bharucha, the Business Manager, went above and beyond to obtain financing for us. Both of us were so impressed with how well we were treated by everyone we encountered. For a company that sells high end luxury vehicles, we were treated like we were spending $80K on a new Audi, even though we were just purchasing a 10 year old Subaru! That is a true example of excellent customer service! I hope the owners of this dealership know that they have amazing employees!

Bought a new Q3
Bought a 2018 Q3 in May 2018. I was promised two key fobs but never heard back from my salesman. Audi of Nashua has never reached out to me ever since I paid cash for my vehicle. Awesome Audi experience
I had an awesome car buying experience at Audi Nashua with Matt labrecque. Through the whole experience I felt like I was the number one priority. Matt was always there if I had any questions and really wanted to sell me a car that I would enjoy. I never felt like pressured into buying something I didn't want. The recon department also did an amazing job detailing the car. The interior, exterior, and engine bay looked great. The finance department also gave me a lot of usual information like how I can refinance my loan and get a lower interest rate. Overall I had an awesome Audi experience and I love my new to me s4!

The entire car buying experience was phenomenal and not rushed at all, taking the time to fully understand what it is I am looking for and understanding my deal breakers. Never wasting time on the nuances that lots of other dealerships struggle to implement well. Furthermore, this dealership is extremely lucky to have Matt LaBrecque. It is obvious his work ethic, attentiveness, and service to the customer is everything I could ask for.
