This is the second car I've purchased from this Byers. My previous car got totaled by someone running a red light and I'd only had it about a year and a half. I knew exactly where I wanted to go to replace it! This time I had the two Kyle's assisting me and got the same wonderful experience. But hopefully I won't be back quite as soon in the future. LOL

Outstanding Service Department! I have always used the Byers Toyota Service Department for the service and maintenance of my vehicle for years; however this is the first time I've written a review. For my most recent service delivery, Josh Lewis, couldn't have been more gracious, patient, empathic, and understanding in the execution and follow through of customer service. Top notch! Josh was consistent with his delivery of service/maintenance needs for my vehicle and the status of such. I have owned 5 Avalons and they have all been bought and serviced at Delawate Byers. My 2022 Highlander needed it's first servicing and I was going out of town. I called and asked for help. I was told no problem and an appointment was made that day.The service care for my vehicles have always been outstanding and this would be no exception. Gynnae Britton has been my go - to person. She comes out to explain what needs to be done. Then she and the mechanics proceed with the vehicle's care.
