we purchased a new Prius Prime last Friday from Tianna
we purchased a new Prius Prime last Friday from Tianna Clark at Miracle Toyota. She is a very knowledgable and experienced person. All of our questions were answered and she made it easy for us in everyway. Although we loved our old Toyota, we are excited to be able to participate in the environmental aspects of this new Toyota and partake to a cleaner environment. We are happy with our purchase. I recommend looking for Tianna if you are looking for a new car. Brigitte Smith

we purchased a new Prius Prime last Friday from Tianna Clark at Miracle Toyota. She is a very knowledgable and experienced person. All of our questions were answered and she made it easy for us in everyway. Derrick Corbitt attempted to deceive me by pushing a 2024
Derrick Corbitt attempted to deceive me by pushing a 2024 Toyota Tacoma with over 900 miles, refusing to offer an identical model with just 200+ miles, claiming the lower-mileage one already had a deposit. He then insulted my 2023 Ram trade-in, griping about its 13,000 miles. What does he expect—a brand-new, zero-mile $60k truck for a trade-in, just so I can be stuck with a high-mileage vehicle? This blatant greed has completely turned me off from considering a Toyota from this dealership. This kind of behavior isn’t how you win customers—it needs serious addressing. We walked away after he repeatedly lied about the lower-mileage truck, which is still listed online as available despite his claim of a deposit, yet it remains on the lot and website.
Derrick Corbitt attempted to deceive me by pushing a 2024

I found that they had a Tundra 1794 coming in that was
I found that they had a Tundra 1794 coming in that was the right color and configuration except for running boards. I input my trade in on the website and gave them my email so we could negotiate. Trade-in was $3000 lower than my trade highest value, the new vehicle had a minimal discount and the price provided was $23400. The tax had been figured wrong as I live in Georgia and the cost of the running boards was not included so it would be much higher. Included was the $1995 "Make Me Rich" worthless add on and a doc fee higher than any other dealer in the area. I found the exact vehicle inbound at the cross town competitor. It was in port and they were able to make configuration changes and get the running boards added and the hood PPF deleted. My final price was $13500, more than $12000 less than this dealership. They claim to never be beat on price but that is certainly not true. When you turn down their offer they just stop communications, never to be heard from again.

On December5, 2024 I purchased a car from Miracle Toyota
On December5, 2024 I purchased a car from Miracle Toyota of North Augusta. At the time of purchase I was told that “everything about getting tag and title will be taken care of.” I was given a temporary tag that would expire in 45 days. It has now been two months and I still have not received tag nor title. Two weeks ago I called many times trying to find out where my tag was. I was often promised a call back, but never received one. No one I spoke to by phone was able to give me any information about title or tag. After five weeks I visited the dealership to see if I could get an extension on the temporary tag. I was treated rudely and was given no help or suggestions about what to do. After six weeks the car was no longer legal to drive, so I rented a car to get to work. More calls were made, all promising to call back, but I got no calls. Today I made another visit and was told that no reimbursement for the car I rented would be made. I was also promised a call back and a speedy resolution to the title and tag problem. Given my past experience I don’t have confidence in these promises. In summary, I strongly recommend against buying a car there. They just don’t have their ducks in a row!

Their "doc" fee is the highest in the area and the "Miracle Advantage and Appearance Protection Package of $1995," serves only to provide Murphy Auto Group with additional dealer profit. It is useless if you are someone that likes to trade every 2-4 years. Saving money down the road with a reasonable "doc" fee and no $1995 additional profit add on.

Negotiated price, agreed upon amount, test drove, signed agreement before going to bank for cashiers check and pick up someone to drive my car back. Salesman didn't provide a copy of paperwork with pricing/VIN and declined offer of credit card deposit. Left dealership and he's calling sending pics of another vehicle "just like the one I drove except blue trim interior instead of all black". Return look at other vehicle which I don't like but he says well I can let you have it for the price discussed but if you want the one you drove it'll be $1,000 more than this one. He's trying to sell a truck with a lower sticker price, fewer features for the price negotiated for the one I drove and signed paperwork on. Buyer beware!! Dishonest business practices.
