Service Department

Every time I've had my 2001 Toyota Tacoma in for oil changes or services the Service department customer service did an outstanding job. I live in Augusta, but I have pickup serviced there every time.

Excellent service and courteous staff. Thank you

Excellent service. The team is very Courteous and the service is timely. Available appointment. They kept me appraised about the service. Availability on weekends is a big blessing.

Every time I go there I always get excellent customer service I highly recommend miracle to yodel to all my friends and family thanks for everything Miracle Toyota ❤️❤️

Excellent service.

Greg was our liaison. He was patient, follow up with info, courteous, and friendly. Hope to see him next time. Extra charge for using a debit or credit card is ridiculous. Being penalized for not carrying large sums of cash.

Friendly people, good service

Friendly people, good service. They listen to my B.S. and there still friendly. The Toyota product gets you in the door, the people keep you coming back.

Very positive experience.

All personnel I came into contact with were professional, friendly & knowledgeable. T.J. Owen worked with me, answered all my questions, explained the features on my new car, & was very patient with me & my limited knowledge of technology. Kristen was very thorough with the paperwork, reviewing everything & allowing me to read some of the most important items.

Lights on my Dash Board

I love north Augusta sc Toyota Dealership the service Department to very well good car of me and my Toyota Camry the service was not a long wait and I left another dealership that did me so wrong I came here and was welcome with so much smiles and friendly service from the being to the end thank you so much for making my visit pleasant I will return for service in the near future.

Sub-par sales and maintenance experience.

I had two primary experiences at this dealer buying my van and getting my van service over the next three years. Buying my van: When I first walked through the show room with my wife I am at a very nice saleslady at the desk she had just taken over online sales and there was nobody else to help me at the moment and I expressed interest in the Siennas. She gave me a price quote and said that would be the one I would pay walking out the door. Then she assigned a junior sales person who has clearly brand new to that dealership to help me with my test drive. This person was polite and all but he just was not a very good sales person. He kept asking me leaving questions to try and get me to Verville my income and didn’t spend much time talking about the car at all. I did decide to buy the car and doing all the paperwork he kept trying to put more money on the ticket that the original person had offered me. He also added the cost of some crazy xxx warranty that he said was standard for this dealership. At this point we were a good 3 1/2 hours into the visit and through most of the paperwork and I had a wife and two little kids screaming complaining and crying because they were hungry and I just wanted to get out so I went with it. Not happy though. Maintenance: The waiting room is fine there’s Wi-Fi like beverages a spot for kids to play really not bad. They’re definitely not super speedy but I would rather they do a good job then go too fast. That said I’ve only ever had my van service to this dealer where I bought it 30,000 miles in, they tell me that my brand new dealership tires are wearing out and need to be replaced. (WTH?) they sent me pictures and said that the where it was happening on the inside of the tires because the car was not properly aligned. Oh by the way this affects all four tires. Who would sell a car that had never had an alignment done I haven’t hit anything I don’t drive off-road in my minivan there is no reason my car should be out of alignment after 30,000 miles I parked on level surfaces I don’t go I don’t drive up on curbs… what the heck. If this dealership what is professional they were observed this misalignment sometime before it ruined all four of my tires and flagged it because they would’ve inspector the inside tried the center tried on the outside tread. Clearly someone’s not doing their job. I’m not sure if I’m going to have any more maintenance done on this dealership even though I still have a couple oil changes covered by the warranty I’m not sure the oil change is worth the risk. That said, this is the first reason I have had to think they are bad at maintenance. I have had worse experiences elsewhere. When they did catch the issues they explained well and had pictures.

Service good but cost of service higher than quote

Appreciated service and valet service to and from home. Two issues. Not allowed to pay by check as normal policy, and 4% charge if use credit card or debit card. Debit card is like cash and should not inccur fee. Secondly do not like that had to pre-approve service amount and sign for it and when given final invoice was higher. Especially shop tools changed from $20 to $30. The approval amount I digitally sign for should not have changed and was higher

Service performed-issues of concern not discussed

Even though I waited two hours in spite of having appointment - the service advisor was cordial and helpful. My service was performed as requested - my disappointment is that the service advisor did not review the details and recommended services. Once I got home - I realized there were some questionable items listed. I would have appreciated a review to discuss their findings.
