Great experience
I went out to buy a 4Runner and I knew what I wanted. Bob Richards called me and I told them what I was looking for. I asked them to quote me the lowest price and they did. I stopped by another Toyota dealer just to see what price they could give me. I wasn’t satisfied and went to Bob Richards Toyota. I felt comfortable when I arrived. Avi Kaiser was the salesman and he was personable, friendly, professional, and wasn’t too pushy to sell me a vehicle. Byron was fast and friendly when it came to financing was very knowledgeable. I had my kids with me and while I was finishing up my paperwork, Avi gave my kids pizza and something to drink. The little things matter and Avi made sure everything was taken care of. When I am in the market to buy another vehicle I will ONLY go to Bob Richards Toyota and hope Avi isn’t off that day!

Horrible customer service and miss representation
I was looking at a 2013 toyota tocoma stock number t020350 which by they way they still have on the lot, the add on auto trader said it was a one owner 13,577 miles if your looking for a brand new vehicle than this is the one. I talked to several people to be quite honest I don't remember all the names but I was assured that the vehicle was in excellent condition I even to talked to someone in service about the service records. I felt like the truck was not a good deal but I was buying a good unmodified truck. So I went to the bank got the money and drove two and a half hours to look at the truck. Got to the dealership and began looking at the truck and was very disappointed. There was what look like pine sap all down the edge of the passenger side door. No big deal right i could get that off then I popped the hood and the whole air intake had been removed and aftermarket had been put in it's place. The electrical connections for the sensors had been cut and modified it also appeared to have some kind of programmer on it as well. Who knows what else has been done to the truck. I made the sales lady aware that i did not like the fact it had been modified which by the way she was not involved untill the tail end of the deal and she was in no way at fault. She goes and gets her manager and some other guy and I make him and the 3 other people standing there aware that i did not like the fact that it had been modified. If i had know that I would not have driven two and half hours for this truck. Her manager proceeded to tell me that the truck went through the service department and there was nothing wrong with it. I said well take off the money that it would take to make it factory again and we got a deal. He said no we ain't doing he said you getting a good deal and we have no room on the truck. It's people like that manager that make people like me hate car dealerships. For one I knew he was lying because I called one of the managers on the way home and he said he would knock $200 of to cover half of the expense. At that point I was so pissed that they could not have given me the truck.

Mantenence service
Service with a smile. Always on time. Helpful to resolve problems and inform what needs to be repaired and how they will service. Pleasant and easy to talk to. Clean atmosphere with coffee and drinks available.

Great
The service department offered useful advice when our car unexpectedly wouldn't start. (It is a well-maintained 2014 Rav4 that we had bought new.) We eventually did get it started, then headed directly to the dealership. The service department checked it thoroughly. There was no apparent problem, so they didn't even charge us for the diagnosis.

Rear view mirror repair
My windshield rear view mirror fell off. Bob Richards gave me prompt attention for my 2014 Toyota Corolla. They reinstalled the mirror while I waited. Also did the work gratis. Great dealership!
