We are having this Corolla repaired at our expense to help out a person (owner) who needs the car to be reliable for work. The service writer, Ms Grayson conveyed this to the mechanic, Jeff I believe. The mechanic did an excellent job of understanding the need and going over the Corolla for and performing work that is necessary for it to be reliable. He also advised us that although it is not a reliability or safety issue, both the motor and transmission mounts are "shot." In my opinion, repairing those will make the car feel better when driving and the owner less paranoid that the car will break down. Therefor I have the parts on order to get that part of the job done next week. I appreciate not only the mechanic’s checks, but also his time and excellent attitude as he briefed my wife and I on what he found and the work he performed. Thanks once again to Bob Richards for the high quality maintenance shop he runs.
