This was my first experience with the service department and with a maintenance that was covered under my new service plan. It was wonderful to have such quick service--and to feel my business was just as valuable as customers who were paying out-of-pocket. What I will remember most, though, is how friendly and welcoming Crystal Grice was. The department was very busy and I was not initially acknowledged when I stood at the service entrance, even though two other staff members were outside nearby. But as soon as Crystal saw me through the window, she immediately came out to greet me with a smile. She briefly went over what the service would include, then showed me into the service area. It seemed like just a few minutes before she was back with a "you're ready to go!", and she was still smiling. Crystal is a fantastic representative for the dealership. From the time we walked into the dealership, Mr. Antywan McNair, the sales-person who introduced himself to us made us feel that he was genuinely interested in helping us find the car we were looking for. He took the time to answer all our questions. We found him to be fair, courteous, and professional in his interaction with us. Antywan assured us that the dealership would match the best price that we could find and remained true to his word. Charles, the sales manager, was equally welcoming and assured us of the best customer service. Antywan and Charles went out of their way to order the vehicle with all our desired options. Antywan was always responsive, making it a point to return our phone calls without fail. When the car finally arrived, Antywan informed us up-front that there was a small scratch in the paint and that it would be taken care of at the dealership at a later date. There was no attempt made to hide that fact from us and let us take delivery of the car only to find out later about it. This spoke volumes of Antywan's integrity and the ethical attitude at the dealership. We are so glad we happened to walk into Bob Richards Totyota the day we did!

I drive further to take my Prius here for service, because the service experience is so much better. Recently had to get a new battery pack. It was a little pricey, but Carl got me fixed up and was very friendly, professional and knowledgable. I highly recommend Bob Richards!

My wife and I absolutely hate shopping for cars. We have contemplated getting something newer for about five years, and walked away from numerous pending sales. As much as price, the trust factor and people skills of the individuals we are dealing with is HUGE. They definitely had that going on, and we appreciated the integrity.
