I have been looking high and low for the ideal Chevrolet Silverado and I found the perfect fit for me. I called Leul Mulualem and he was outstanding to work with and very knowledgeable about the truck. He went out of his way to make things right for me. I met his manager, Mario Sanchez, when I had to bring the truck back to the dealer for a minor thing and he was very helpful in getting me back on the road in a very short time. Car shopping is one of my absolute least favorite things to do. Reluctantly, I agreed to an impromptu visit to Byers Chevrolet Grove City to peruse the inventory one evening last week with my husband. While we were waiting for the keys to test drive a used vehicle, we spotted a new Equinox with all the trimmings. We chose to test drive that instead, and decided to purchase it on the spot. Our salesman, Leul, was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was (is) extremely genuine, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs. The Sales Manager and Finance rep were great too. Byers Chevrolet in Grove City is a great place to purchase a new or used car. Our salesperson, Leul M, made the process so easy. He never pressured us to purchase a vehicle. He listened to what we wanted in a vehicle, answered all our questions and thoroughly made the car buying purchase very easy.
