Purchased a new 24 Ram 2500.

Purchased a new 24 Ram 2500. Had warranty issues they need to have my truck for 24 hours they would not provide me a loaner. But they provide other customers a loaner. I have purchased 3 vehicles at this dealership. Never again.

I just recently bought a CPO RAM Rebel 2500.

I just recently bought a CPO RAM Rebel 2500. The price on the truck and my trade was fair. What ruined a good experience was that when I got in to drive the truck home, the fuel tank was on empty. So, instead of driving home and enjoying my new truck, I had to stop immediately at a gas station. I asked them to fill up the truck and they told me that only NEW vehicles get a full tank, not used. What a cheap, cheap, cheap dealership. One tank of fuel would have changed my entire opinion of this dealership. I could now never recommend them.

Sales and service lacking

Service drop off employees seem miserable. Service MANAGER does not return calls. Sales - my person said i could take car home based on credit score, but before i could finalize finances the very next day he began calling for money. Nasty staff

Watch out for the closeline.

I got sucked into this dealership with a scam Aces wins flyer. It said I won money so I went in to collect. When I arrived I was greeted by a sales agent. He took my information and frankly told me even though my card in the mail said I won, it was not final til he checked the winning number on the card. It did not match. I drove over an hour to collect what I thought was a winning ticket. They instead gave me two scratch tickets and sent me on my way. Duped. These dealerships are desperate for clients. This is a low cost low brow way to bring people in. I'll never do business with Butler Dodge. Sleezy Car Dealer.

Don’t go here, you’ll end up with more issues

Don’t go here for service unless you want more issues than you came in for. Everytime I took my car here for service, something went wrong that they had to fix and would have to wait 2-3 hours minimum everytime even just for an oil chance. Within 2 weeks of getting service here, something else breaks, everytime! Usually a switch or a module, or electrical component that “we have to replace it” I stopped going here and haven’t had an issue since. Just another typical dealership trying to stay alive by ripping people off in their service department. Don’t let the fake smile and attitudes fool you, they’re trying to get as much money out of you as possible.

The best point blank period

Just stop here. Don't look to deal with other dealerships. I am ex military and dealt with car dealers in Oklahoma, Texas, Connecticut, Virginia, Georgia, and Pennsylvania. They are the BEST dealership I've ever dealt with. They took my pre approval with capital one and we did a deal on the 2018 ram 2500 I wanted. So many other dealerships are pushy want you to use in house financing, and find the truck they want you to buy not them. Quinton was my sales rep he was awesome, responsive, respectful and thorough. I also dealt with the finance manager and sales manager J.R. they were all helpful. They brought the truck to my house and picked up my trade at my house. I will never go anywhere else!! I will recommend them to everyone!!

Incompetence Defined

This was absolutely the worst car shopping experience in 40 years! From the lack of knowledge of our salesman concerning their inventory to the SIX hard credit pulls the sales manager conducted on a person with a 770 FICO score, we left completely frustrated and confused! Who continues to pull a hard score when you’ve already qualified? Their ineptitude is beyond description.

Scheduled service

Take my vehicle here for all scheduled servicing and repairs. Work has always been top quality. Any manufacturer recalls were dealt with as soon as I brought my vehicle in, parts already available for install with no waiting for parts to be ordered. Service attendants willing to answer questions or find the answer.
