Poor service

My ram 1500 needed an oil change and tires rotated. While there my wife decided to look at a charger which we bought. The tech said I neededan alignment which I had done. The next day I came to pick the car up and was told that I need a special lug nut wrench to get the lugs off which they did not have. I did not have one either. The tires were not rotated and I ended up with an unnecessary alignment. I was told to go back to the dealer. This is not possible as I bought the car in upstate New York. I called to speak to the manager Anthony several times but got the run around and still have not heard from him after 2 days. I mentioned buying one car here and was thinking about trading my truck in for another one but got offered a low amount for my truck. I am now working with big o dodge in Greenville

Great dealership. Great Service during the sale!

Finally, I feel car buying can be a pleasure. No pressure no dancing and waiting for 3 or 4 prices. Straight forward negotiation for the best price up front. Truly a great experience and no time wasted. Jerry and Bert did a great job of listening and suggesting for my needs and wants. Yes, they are a small town dealer but with all of the technology in sales and service that you could ask for. They do it right... how many dealerships have remained in business for 75 years? !! They are great!

It was a pleasure doing business with you too! I can't wait to see the truck we ordered for you. It's going to be beautiful!

Great Service

They make the purchase process very easy. This is a smaller dealership with owner involvement, There are no document fees. The service department is great.

Helpful but not flexible at all on prices

They had a car that was not dented when it was traded. It was obvious the car was being used by one of their managers or salesman. Despite the dents I asked for the price with the dents. It was the same price as originally listed without the dents. The car had around 14k on it then. It is now advertised at the same price and has 6k extra miles. I can honestly say this was the second car I have tried to purchase from them. I have yet to buy one. The salesman was great but apparently the manager wouldn't budge on price. Its your choice to deal with them but in today's busy world and the availability of internet information I wouldn't waste time. They need to understand that and get with the times. I drove this car in November. Its still there. I honestly don't think they care if they make a sale or not. That said I have used their parts department for a Dodge Truck I own and would not hesitate to use them again. Again its just the sales department I have a problem with.

Thank you for your review; we appreciate feedback from our customers. I'm glad to see our sales staff was informative and helpful, and am sure he explained our concept of market pricing. it is our effort to offer a fair and competitive price the first time, as opposed to marking prices way up just to mark them down. We feel everybody deserves a fair price from the beginning. It is our position that our methodology is more in keeping up with today's times where the customer would rather pay a fair price and avoid the stress that many customers experience in the negotiation process. All of our cars are inspected in our shop to ensure they are mechanically sound. In an effort to keep prices low, sometimes minor cosmetic repairs are not performed up front on used cars, but could be included at time of sale. Thank you for using our service department. poor customer follow up service on items promised

Warren Liem Covington Ga purchased a 2014 Chrysler town/country van Aug 22 2014 DID NOT receive the set of books and a knob was missing from the radio promised these items at time of purchase it is now Oct 16 2014 STILL no books and no knob lost count of telephone calls to dealership oh yea always told they are "on order" will be in any day locals tells us these items can be received in 10 working days does Cooper Motors order by mule train? Be very careful wanting to purchase from this dealership make doubly sure you have everything promised BEFORE you complete sale and leave dealership Follow up customer service is a minus 10 So very disappointed with this dealership

Great Experience

We just purchased a 2009 Ford Flex form Cooper Motors and couldn't be happier. The car was just as advertised, the price was great, and the buying experience was one of the best I've ever had buying a car. I strongly recommend making the drive to Cooper Motors the nev=xt you need to purchase a vehicle.

Transmission stall

I took my dodge truck to them to get them to fix the transmission. It had a bad shift. They tell me I need a hole new transmission for $3000. Got it going with a new censor for only $75 from a shop in Greenville. Why they not able to do that? I am on disability and cannot pay that. I think they were taking advantage of us. Will never go back

We are very sorry you had this experience. Sometimes the "second set of eyes" catches these things that are not noticed at first look. I wish we had gotten an opportunity to take a look at it again for you. Please call our Service Manager and let him know if there is anything we can do to help. 75 years in the same location doesn't afford us to NOT take care of our customers, so please let us know if we can help!
