I will never purchase another vehicle from AutoNation

I will never purchase another vehicle from AutoNation after the lousy customer service I gotten. Definitely will spread the word around on how irresponsible and rude customer service from your service department. I am actually on the phone with Corporate to complain about all the issues I?m having with the Chevrolet dealer at Orlando Airport area.

Jaque and your crew were exceptional.

Jaque and your crew were exceptional. Here is an example of why I say so. When I was presented a photo of my air filter, I thought that it looked dirty and they should go ahead and replace it. Jaque checked with the technician who determined that it was not at the point where it needed to be replaced. Other shops would have seized the opportunity to bill a customer more than what is required. I have been going to Airport Nation since we purchased the 2015 Impala...its coming up on 200,000 miles and when it comes to maintenance...you guys are our go to shop.

Not only is the staff helpful, the service to the car was great and reasonably priced. The waiting area is comfortable and snacks, coffee, water and hot chocolate available. Thanks. I know that's a little thing, but it makes a difference. ?

Bought the vehicle at this dealer, an oil/filter change

Bought the vehicle at this dealer, an oil/filter change and tire rotation cost over $200. I was at the dealer @ 745AM for an 8AM appointment. It took over over 3 hours. The service advisor advised we would make it right and all that was done was a car wash.....That did not make it right. Normally the oil/filter and tire rotation is one price, they hit me for over 27 bucks for the tire rotation.
