The service was great and very clean.

Only thing, it took to long to get the oil changed and tires rotated. The gentleman told me they had to send for some nuts that he was replacing and was kind enough to give me a free oil change, which I appreciate. The service reps were very kind. Thank you for your service.

Friendly Staff and easy buying

There was good follow through by the salesman and the customer service representative. Impressed with the overall friendliness of the dealership.

Fast and efficient

Great service. Only problem was the automated scheduling. I got an email response acknowledging my request but not a confirmation of appointment call. So when I tried to call the number in the email, it was disconnected. Brought it to attention when at the dealer and they committed to fixing the email template.

The best car buying experience ever!

We had the best experience buying a car From sales guy to finance guy. Very honest and nice. Will definitely be back and refer others to them.

Cordual staff

I was met by a sac advisor immediately. I explained the problem to him. He got the nessecary info and I went to waiting room to set in those miserable chairs. After about one hr. The advisor returned and gave me the information he had discovered. I thanked him and went on my way. I trust the problem is resolved. The sac advisor was top cabin.

GREAT SERVICE

I HAD A 2013 MODEL MALIBU. AFTER RECEIVING A LETTER FROM RICK INVITING ME TO COME TAKE A LOOK AT THE 2015'S. I DECIDED I WOULD GO, LOOK AND IF THE FINANCING COULD BE WORKED OUT TRADE FOR A 2015. I WAS PERFECTLY SATISFIED WITH MY 2013, WHICH I PURCHASED AT ANDEAN IN 2013, SO IF THE FINANCING WAS NOT TO MY LIKING I COULD GET IN MY 2013 AND GO HOME. NEEDLESS TO SAY, THE FINANCING WAS WORKED OUT WITH THE MONTHLY PAYMENT THE SAME THAT I WAS PAYING FOR MY 2013. I LEFT IN A 2015 MALIBU AND I LOVE IT.

Outstanding service

The service personnel went above and beyond anything I expected. When the other Chevy dealer in town refused to even look at my vehicle, Andean stepped in and helped me out. Thanks to them, my family and I have a safe vehicle to travel in. I will definitely buy my next Chevy at Andean.
