We purchased our Cayenne from afar (flew in from

We purchased our Cayenne from afar (flew in from Wisconsin to pick it up and drive home). First time having done this and Nathan was the consummate pro - very patient, informative and helpful. Took an Uber from hotel to the dealership - arrived to find the car parked right up front - ready, polished up and waiting for us to load our luggage & hit the road. Nathan offered suggestions on things to see while in Greenville (do go downtown - really lovely) and routes to take on our trip home. Terrific experience all around and was everything I expected from Porsche. (oh - and we LOVE the car)

Steve in service has always been top notch for both of my

Steve in service has always been top notch for both of my wife and my vehicles. He always goes the extra mile to look over what the car needs and makes service recommendations based on Porsche guidelines, but also takes our close case into account as we track one of our vehicles. He has never spoken down to us or belittled us in any way, his communication is always proactive, and he always has a warm tone and willing to go the extra mile. I hope to continue to partner with Porsche Greenville as a trusted service provider for many years to come.
