I was extremely disappointed in the Service Department.

I was extremely disappointed in the Service Department. My Boxster was dropped off for service and during the time the dealership had my car, no one responded to my phone calls or the text that they established for convenience. I have owned Mercedes and received white glove service. I had expected that caliber of service from Porsche. I ended up picking up my car and finding someone else to take care of the issue with my car. I will not be back to the Service Department nor would I consider this dealership for my next vehicle purchase.

After deciding we wanted a Porsche Cayenne E-Hybrid we

After deciding we wanted a Porsche Cayenne E-Hybrid we canvased all of the dealerships in South Carolina as well as dealerships in Asheville and Charlotte, NC. We next read over the online bios for the management and sales staff for each of the dealerships. After doing so we were particularly impressed by Mr. Dennis Filchak with Porsche of Greenville, SC. After meeting with Mr. Filchak we immediately understood why his existing customers over the years have raved about his efforts on their behalf. We purchased our first Porsche Cayenne E-Hybrid from Dennis in July of 2024 and placed an order with him for a 2025 / 26 Porsche Cayenne E-Hybrid that will be purpose built with the options we would most like, but were lacking on the available 2024 model. We highly and unequivocally recommend Mr. Dennis Filchak to others. In our experience Dennis is ethical, extremely knowledgable, punctual, personable, honest and genuinely cares about his customers; both before as well as after the sale.

Need to leave a review for Dante in service and Nathan in sales. Both absolutely amazing and an asset to Land Rover of Greenville. Nathan has been extremely helpful in some after purchase challenges with the infotainment system and connection issues. They were not the dealerships fault but something at Land Rover itself and Dante is on it! If I call and leave a message, he is usually calling me back before the message is even finished. These gentleman know what customer service is!
