We had the best experience we have ever had at Benson Nissan. We went there after going to many others. We were NOT sure of what we wanted and were treated with such respect. Salesman Aurelio Martinez was friendly, professional, honest, informative and completely genuine. We asked so many questions and were given all the answers with a smile. We felt so comfortable discussing our needs and ideas about a vehicle with him. He showed us a few different vehicles and let us decide which one was best for us. We felt we were appreciated and respected. That is not easy to find now days, and we are very grateful. Mr Martinez went above and beyond to help and to be honest, and that is why we bought there. Billy Floyd was helpful in informing us about extented warranties without pressuring us. He explained all the details, again without pressuring. We are so glad we choose Benson Nissan in Easley South Carolina to be the dealership we went with. No longer interested in their customers.
I bought my 2007 Frontier new at Benson. And for years after, the service was exceptional and I always gave good remarks on their survey's and recommended them to everyone. I don't remember the exact timeframe of my recent experience in the last few weeks, but it was dismal. I began having problems with the truck and called to make an appointment which took two weeks. The problem was found, the part ordered and when received, I would be called. I waited almost a week, and called to inquire about the status. I was told Dale would call me back. Again, I waited several days and no response. I called again and managed to talk to Dale and he set a date, again two weeks out. The part was then replaced and the truck ran much better. For exactly one day. To get to this point took just over one month and cost me over $500.00. I called again and was told Dale would return my call. Another wait of almost a week. I called again and told the lady who answered, that I would not need the return call. At this point, I was done waiting, and finished with Benson Nissan after sixteen years of exceptional service. I realize my truck is old and in need of many repairs, but the least they could do is offer me the curtesy of returning my calls. If for nothing else, to tell me they no longer want my business. Which is what I must now assume. At this point, I will not only never recommend Benson Nissan but will go out of my way to inform everyone I encounter of the way their service has deteriorated. If you buy a vehicle here, rest assured that, eventually, the service department will turn their back on you.

Linda Coggins not happy.
I am very unhappy with the service department of Benson Nissan Easley. Several of the employees gave no people skills and I feel are not very friendly. I don’t really care for the guy that tells you what your vehicle needs. I had my transmission serviced as recommended a couple years ago. I never felt like it had the same feel afterwards. Anyone that hot in my car to ride afterwards asked if something was wrong with it.? It dident drive the same. I had called after the transmission service to ask Dale the manager if it should feel that way he said yes so I kept driving. Later I started hearing noise In wheel do I took over there and also told them again the way I felt about car after transmission service. Well they checked car out ssid I needed a wheel hub kit. Over $500 i was quoted so I called said ok then they said you need a transmission. I was shocked when they said wouldent go in reverse. I had been driving the car. Well at almost 87,000 miles we put a transmission in. I got no help with the price of almost $5,000. It put a bad taste for Nissan altima and Nissan of Easley service. I bought the car new and always gad oil changed and serviced regularly. I should have kept calling and taking the car back after the transmission service and making them figure out the problem. The guy that did the service passed away recently and since I found out several things about that. I am not happy with Nissan service at all and don’t plan to go back.

Terrible terrible terrible we went to trade the frontier in I went to easely toyota they offered me 7,000 nisaan offers 4 000 for the same truck then he proceeds to tell me 8.23 percent apr is the same as 6.26 Apr and so I looked at a used f150 for 36 000 last week payments were going to be 606 a month so he says that a truck that's 28,000 was going to be 505 a month the scam is to get you to use nissans finance I'm sure he makes something from it so so what he is trying to say is credit union has all these extra charges but funny thing is my mom and brother used a credit union there were no hidden fees the manager is a very dishonest person I imagine people think they are getting good deals why he takes some people for rides

I am very unhappy with the service. I bought a 013 Acadia 10-17-22. The Acadia went to the shop 11-11-22 for an ECU I was told I had to pay for $1400. Got the car back 11-19-22. The car then went to the shop 12-6-22 for an EFM $800 out of my pocket. Received the car 12-08-22. Now I'm making arrangements to take it back to the shop 12-14-22for the same issue EFM. The car is being serviced at Richard Kay in Anderson. Very disappointed customer who paid cash for a used 2013Acadia

Bought a new Altima, after 3 weeks the front windshield cracked from the cold! Although they agreed it was probably a defect! They refused to replace it because they would’ve gotten charged for it by Nissan! Apparently they don’t stand by what they sale! I will never shop here again nor recommend them to anyone! The salesman was great, but as long as you’re buying, I guess they all are!
