I took my Chevy Colorado there for a scheduled oil

I took my Chevy Colorado there for a scheduled oil change. The technician suggested installing a fuel injection cleaner, I agreed to have that done. A few miles down the road the truck started rumbling and the check engine light came on. I was charged $549.00 for a diagnostic and I was told to fix the truck it would cost $5900.00, asked for the $549.00 back and the truck fixed. The dealer sent the $549.00 back but refused to get the truck back to the condition it was in when I took it for the oil change. There was no check engine light on when I took the truck it. This dealer ruined my vehicle, poor maintenance service!!!!

Great experience.

Great experience. Jay Rector was very helpful. Low pressure. Did not have exactly what we wanted. He did not try to sell on what he had. He let us decide and order.

Response from dealer was high pressure which is a major turnoff for me. The dealer immediately asked me for $1000 to hold the vehicle before knowing anything about me or my preferences.

Labor charges

All my issues were resolved & Clay is outstanding at his job. My irritation is that the parts to replace front brake pads, thermostat, coolant temp sensor and one broken motor mount as well as coolant for radiator & brake fluid was $593. My total bill was $1,844. You had my vehicle from 9am to 3:30pm. 6.5 hours. To charge $202/hour is absolutely insane. I am quite positive the tech that did the work is seeing a very, very small fraction of that. I've been a loyal Colonial GMC customer for 6+ years and have two GMC vehicles. I will continue to let you all do basic oil changes, but I will most definitely be finding someone else to handle major repairs for both of my GMC vehicles. $202/hour is absurd.
