I had my truck towed to Auto Nation after business hours.
I had my truck towed to Auto Nation after business hours. They called me the next morning to advise I needed a new battery. They told me the cost would be $350.00 for the battery and $45 for installation. I told the service manager the prices were ridiculously high. He said he already discounted the battery from $400 to $350. They also advised that they normally require 3 to 5 business days to diagnose any issue and then up to a week for the repairs. I found Advanced Auto Parts just down the street from the dealer and their battery was only $244 and they install it at no charge! so I saved $150 and was out in 10 minutes.

I know what I was expecting, but I didn't know what I was going to experience. I didn't think I'd get a loner, and I did. I didn't think they would acknowledge any problem with my axle, and they did. Didn't think they would repair my (3) recalls, and they did, (2) of them without being asked. They were polite and helpful, and I got my truck back in only 4 days, they told me it would take 5, a nice surprise.

All of the guys were great they made you feel very welcome not like other places that just want money and don?t care. Dylan was our sales guy and he was the best. The gentleman in the finance dept was awesome! We will definitely keep going there to buy our vehicles so far we have bought 3.
