Great salesman Daylan Winningham, a pleasure to work

Great salesman Daylan Winningham, a pleasure to work with. Terrible, dishonest Sales Manager, Stephen Walker. He refused to accept out of state check, and then placed my loan with a Credit Under in Colorado.

Very small area, but very organized, all the employees

Very small area, but very organized, all the employees are very calm and polite. Tom my advisor, always smiles and makes a joke here and there smooth out lots of impatient customers. He is wonderful.

Overall, great experience purchasing a 2023 Mustang Mach E. They were willing to work with us to get the best deal and did not put any pressure on us to make a decision. They have also been in touch after the purchase to make sure we are still satisfied. Definitely recommend.

Long distance purchased , communication was a bit " Rough

Long distance purchased , communication was a bit " Rough ", & with Threats from the Sales Manager !! But once I traveled 2170 miles , The Tundra was all Worth it , and the different Salesman were easy to work with .

Inconsistent communication.

Inconsistent communication. Front end information not met. On site, had to tell them my car was ready. (Parked out front) even after not having transportation home as promised and being on site 3 hours.
