Kelly was able to schedule the work for my quickly and

Kelly was able to schedule the work for my quickly and the brake replacement seems to OK. But since it's a recent repair, a few days time is needed to ensure all is correct.

My visit had some good and bad.

My visit had some good and bad. I was there for grinding brake noise. I needed new brakes on all four wheels. The Service rep said it work take "a couple of hours". It actually took about 4.5 hours. I was disappointed in the original guesstimate was so far off in duration. I was two hours late to get to my next activity. The brake work was done well and I have no problem there. The brakes work very nice now. I wish the time estimate was more accurate.

I’ve taken my vehicle over and over to get the same issue

I’ve taken my vehicle over and over to get the same issue looked at. That’s exactly what seems to be done. ONLY looked at because the issue continues to reoccur. It’s a new vehicle and the check engine light has been resolved. Not to mention my vehicle was hit and damaged while on their property. Terrible service and vehicle problem has yet to be fixed. Excuses over excuses.

Juan has always been polite, answers all my questions, and takes the time to explain what can be done within my budget. He kept in contact with me throughout the repair process and let me know how long it would take to get my car back. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and trust them completely with my vehicle.
