Great deal! I bought a car from them when I needed it most, within two hours I was driving my new car, and the price was just right! A week later someone in a parking lot jammed the door and they fixed it for free. Excellent customer service. Dave is honest and caring, I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Bad customer service, office with dogs
The salesperson Tracy is not helpful and her customer service is horrible. I've never met anyone who wants to play more with dogs than selling what she is supposed to . Gave us a hard time in test driving the car. Wants an assurance to buy the car before test driving . Made us wait in the cold and windy weather if I could test the Beetle. She only agreed when I told her off that if she owns this business, she can act whatever she wants. But if she works for this place, she has bad customer service.Attn Mgr. Dave, if this girl doesn't own Big C Motors, she needs to be fired. You have fair price but bad bad customer service. I tried calling you to telll you my worst experience but it went on voice mail , so I'm writing this review.
