Although Sam was our fantastic sales associate, I needed

Although Sam was our fantastic sales associate, I needed to talk to someone about the title not being sent still after buying the car 3 weeks prior. The woman I spoke with in the title department, after asking her very simple questions, started raising her voice to me, and talking to me like a complete idiot. So as a natural response, told her I was not in fact an idiot and just wanted to know why the title had not been sent to the state yet or to my financial Institute. She then proceeded to tell me “you need help” to which I didn’t say anything due to the utter shock or disrespect and disregard for my frustration that her department refused to send the title, and before hanging up on me said “I hope you have a better day!” She clearly hates her job, or people in general, and it shows. Maybe she should go work where she has zero interaction with the public. I hope she finds the help she needs to have her issues felt with.

THESE GUYS ARE ABSOLUTE CROOKS.

THESE GUYS ARE ABSOLUTE CROOKS. Stay far far far far far away. sold a car to me "saying" that 1 had 1 accident that was minor. Even showed a carfax. Car was nothing but a problem for two years. when we resold it we found out it had 4 accidents, the last one was termed as "severe" and most likely totaled the car 6 months before. They are know as shady. Therion the "salesperson" is as dishonest as they come.

This place is so shady I recommend you stay away.

This place is so shady I recommend you stay away. Unless of course you want to die in the you purchased. They say they did the safety inspection but my rotors and brakes were so bad. The customer service was horrible, the rep was too busy on her cell phone and making plans to go bowling with her coworkers. My car should be salvaged but they switched up the car fax report so it showed that the car was not involved in two major accidents.

Absolute worst place I’ve ever seen the employees lied to

Absolute worst place I’ve ever seen the employees lied to you and tell you you have to give a deposit but it’s refundable if you contact them, but it’s nonrefundable so basically they’re not giving you your money back even if you demand it even if you get screwed, they are not giving you any money back!

Never coming here again, there was a sale woman that

Never coming here again, there was a sale woman that claimed she was checking my credit for about an hour. didn't do anything but wasting our time and giving us the run around. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!

They have a large inventory!

They have a large inventory! After viewing their inventory online I went to their business with 6 cars and suv's to look at, The crew was great! Especially Eddie Colon my sales person. Eddie was very personable, fair and as far as I am concerned went out of his way to help me days after driving the car home. Its a busy yard. Just find a to park and go in like you belong. You will be glad you you did! Greg

I’m writing this review while we are in the middle of

I’m writing this review while we are in the middle of negotiating some kind of an agreement with the car that we bought from a better way. We bought a car five months ago we’ve driven at 5000 miles. We bought the full warranty. A week ago all the lights came on and the car overheated. We called a better way from where we were broken down and asked if we should bring it to them because we purchased the warranty and they said they did not have the staff to look at it for a 1 to 3 weeks. so they suggested we take it to the dealer or somewhere else because we have the warranty. We took it to Mitchell Subaru. Subaru could not work with the warranty company until better. We called them that was taken care of, warranty company said the engine had to be torn down before they could come and decide whether they would repair it. They also told us that if they decided it couldn’t didn’t have to be replaced we would have to pay the $3900. Bring the car to them because they have a secret way of dealing with the warranty companies. or a special way. We are in the process of towing the car to a better way our own expense. When they ran the diagnostic at Mitchell Subaru, they found six critical problems with the car. Number one was a rusted out exhaust system Number two the head gasket was blown water in oil, oil in water. Number three needs a new engine . I spoke with multiple people from each department at a better way I spoke with the service manager, Chrissy. I spoke with the sales person. I spoke with someone from the finance because I was told they are responsible for selling me the warranty. What they’re trying to tell me is that they safety check the vehicle and it was roadworthy. There is no way we could have rusted out, the muffler the entire exhaust system five months in the summer. I’m not sure how they plan on fixing this, but they will not provide me a vehicle while they’re working on it. They will not provide me a solution. They will not reimburse me for the towing. I also owe the dealer $200 for the diagnostics. Then they also told me that they may have to do a tear down, but it will be cheaper because they will only charge me labor and then I will have to pay only 50% of the cost of the teardown if they go ahead and put an engine in. I just can’t believe that this is legal , I asked to speak with the manager multiple times and they said he’s not here. He’s not at his desk he’s busy etc. I’m holding onto that will fix this car. I asked to return it. They said absolutely not. Here’s hoping.
