HOW BOUT NO SCOTT?!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE! DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR CAR! The following is my experience buying from this dealer a few years ago.... My wife (now ex-wife) found her dream car here for a very reasonable price. It took them 20 min to even the car, while test driving it she told the sales person the brakes felt spongey and he replied "That's him these big cars brake, you'll get used to it." Back at the dealer we told him we could not afford a payment over $300 a month, later when he told us we were approved (after taking a $2500 down payment) he told us our payment was $369! When I reminded him that I said we couldn't afford over $300 he flat out said "You never said that." 6 hours later they finally got the payment to $269 at 18% interest. When we signed the paperwork the Manager (?) called us "ghosts" meaning small credit history and made it out like we should be grateful to them for doing their job. Total time at dealership: 8hrs Insulted and called liars. I know a thing or two about cars and when I drove the car my foot hit the floor trying to stop it. With the brake pedal to the floor it was still rolling. I called them the next day and dropped it off to have the brakes fixed and the power steering checked. After a week of no contact I called everyday until it was ready. It had a major vacuum leak in the brake booster and NEVER should have rolled off the lot. We did however get lucky about a year after buying it when it was plowed into by a drunk driver at 3am outside our house and totaled. Saved us a fortune on interest! These people are PREDATORS! They pretty on those with low credit by offering good prices and financing practically anyone. They're mechanics are idiots as well.

A Better Way Wholesale Autos has essentially stolen over

A Better Way Wholesale Autos has essentially stolen over $8,000 from me. I intended to purchase a vehicle through them in April but followed my better judgement and backed out because it had become clear I was not dealing with an honest dealership. But I did it too late. I had already sent them a check from my lean holder and instead of sending it back as they had an obligation to do, THEY CASHED IT. Now I have a sizable loan I have to pay off, without the car it was even for in the first place. I will update this review if A Better Way Wholesale Autos fixes this, but until then it stays. I'll be contacting a lawyer on Monday to see what I can do if this racket of a "dealership" doesn't fix this on their own.

The cars are disgusting, the purchase process was

The cars are disgusting, the purchase process was sketchy, and claimed they fully inspected car I had purchased. Didn’t even leave the parking lot before we heard a noise (that was not heard during the test drive). We brought it to the attention of our sales person (Thery), he took it back to the mechanic. He was the most honest person there. But overall, the experience was awful, and I regret buying from there. Don’t even dare put one of your dumb generic answers ABW.

I found 32 trucks on the website so I drove there to see

I found 32 trucks on the website so I drove there to see them they told me the web page was up to date , however they really only had approximately 6 , I asked to see two and they couldn’t find the key for one for a while and then it was filthy and damaged , the 2nd one wasn’t even there , so after being there for an hour I walked out , most of these same trucks are STILL showing on the web , they are luring people in and then once you get there they tell you they are sold

Worst experience.

Worst experience....Never buy car from here... After paying full amount on Saturday, they delivered the car which was not clean, not washed and had ac problem. When complained they told me to drop the vehicle on Monday. After dropping the vehicle I was able to get the vehicle after 7 days after lot of followups...(2-3 calls daily after waiting long on the call)... Again the vehicle was delivered without cleaning and ac problem was not resolved. Next time I complained and dropped the vehicle and waited for 10 days to get the vehicle. Never buy vehicle without full inspection...Don't ever go for service or maintenance issue..they will not inspect the vehicle for 3/4 days after dropping the vehicle. Never ever buy their warranty insurance...you don't get service for what u pay. !!!!!If u end up buying then inspect every thing before paying...once u pay they will not entertain you...not even hear you and will talk rudely... You will not find anyone to complain at their office...!!!

Not trustworthy..

buyer beware

Bought a car in mid-May, and it was obvious something was wrong with it as soon as we drove it off of the lot, despite their "inspection" before we picked it up. Within two days it was obvious the transmission was shot. Had it towed back. Thankfully the warranty covered the fix, but they've now had it for *four weeks* which I find excessive with poor communication. Buyer beware. Better off picking a reputable auto dealer instead of these shady people.

deposit $1000....10 days ago june 27/2022..car not ready for pick up...still waiting..not sure what game they have..told me they waiting for parts...how long it take?

Stay away!!!

This dealership is a giant toilet! Should actually be a junk yard because the cars they sell are trash! My son bought his 1st car from here. I told him not to buy it because from the beginning it was issues! He couldn't test drive the car when he 1st went because they didn't have the title for it ( how are u even advertising a vehicle u don't yet have a title for??) and they said they were also fixing some things on it still. 2 weeks later they still didn't have the title for it but supposedly had fixed the issues and passed their inspection process. He still bought the car against my advise but at least purchased the extended warranty. The car was leaking oil and was running funny so we took it to a shop. Apparently, they used zip ties to hold up the oil pan and parts of the front bumper, the car had ZERO tranny fluid, the tie rods they claimed to have fixed were still shot and a few other things. How did this car pass their inspection?? Did Ray Charles do it??? He finally bought the car back to them and they used the excuse that this was an "as is car".... when they checked it out again they came back with a bunch of other issues and said to use the warranty. Come to find out most of the stuff they found during this inspection was not covered by the warranty to the tune of $3000 or so!! So they found all this wrong during the "2nd" inspection but NOT the 1st!!?? Fast forward, my daughter just bought a car from them (she didn't realize that this was the same dealer my son bought his bucket from) and guess what... it also has an oil leak and a bunch of other mechanical issues!!! When she went back to them a few days later, they told her there was nothing they could do because she bought the car "as is"! Stay away from this dealership. I will be contacting the consumers protection agency and the CT Attorney General's office due to their shaddy practices as they are robbing ppl of their hard earned money. This place should be shut down and charged with fraudulent practices. Worst dealership I have ever experienced and I have had a lot of buckets but this place takes the cake!

Horrible place I bought a Kia 2012 Sportage with 105069

Horrible place I bought a Kia 2012 Sportage with 105069 miles on 8/12/21 for $15,239.26 with warranty.Not even a month later going on a trip to Niagara Falls the engine breaks I was 2 hours away from home had to pay for toll truck to leave the car at the nearest mechanic and Uber $200 to get back home we’ll had to wait a month to get my car fix wich was cover but $600 out of pocket for things that wasn’t cover . After that the check engine light came on $100 for diagnose and they had to fix manifold assy 11/17/21 was cover . Check engine light on again 5/4/22 took it to the dealer I purchase the car and they told me after diagnose the fuel pump module fuel pump ring and sensor needed to be change but I’ll have to leave the car till next day, that wasn’t possible because I need to go to work and when I call the Warranty they only approve 3 hours of labor so I took the car to another location in wich they did their own diagnose test and it came that the car need canister valve replaced and is not cover $450 . My car been shaking when I press the breaks took it to pep boys and some parts that supposedly was brand new when I purchased it clearly is not like the rotors I haven’t have the car a year and the breaks rotors and struts need to be changed I spoke to them and there’s nothing they can do other then fix it and charge me. When calling the dealer Jose the salesman told me you have to keep up with the car like putting gas on it !!!! The way they talk to you pathetic
