Liam, my salesman, went above and beyond.

Liam, my salesman, went above and beyond. You have to remember that this place specializes in selling vehicles to the consumer for the lowest price possible. Any, and all issues are disclosed beforehand, and when the car is delivered, they still give you a spit shine polish and the detailing of the vehicle. The dealership is located in an industrial Park, a non-traditional setting, again to cut costs they pass on to consumers. Sales are no haggle, but then you already know what it is you were going to pay upfront with no guessing games. You can always buy an extended warranty if you are worried about the longevity of these vehicles. A place like this can’t be that bad with hundreds of people packing in there every week. I don’t think it’s for everybody and for all situations but if you are in a pinch looking for a low priced vehicle, this is a place you should keep in mind. Drove over 2 1/2 hours to buy a car here& would do again.

Stay away!!!

I went here to look at a mustang the car look beautiful on the website for a good price but I remember what my mom use to always say if it looks to good to be true it usually is against my better judgment I went to try and buy it when I arrived from the minute I step foot in there i started having second thoughts this place is a zoo loud and people everywhere phone’s constantly ringing no one picking it up waiting 20mins to see a sale person I told him I wanted to the mustang he seem irritated at me for asking that and told me he not gonna let me see the car until I put a down payment now I purchased plenty of cars and was never told that so I told him why would I put a down payment on a car I never saw or test drove and he Said that how they do it here and I won’t be able to see no cars until I put a down payment because they only deal with serious buyers lmao even my wife was looking at me like is this guy serious we walk out the door left and after reading these reviews we seriously dodged a bullet stay away please they are shady

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!! I have no idea how they stay in business, when the whole experience from start is horrible. I went to test drive a car, was told I could only go around the corner, at which point the car shut off. YES it shut off on the test drive. Wait that's not all once the gas was delivered the battery had to be jumped as well because it died also. BUT WAIT THERE IS MORE. I asked to be shown different cars after considering the experience and haven't heard back from sales.. AND UNFORTUNATELY THERE IS MORE!!!! since the sales person I dealt with hasnt been in contact with me I called to check inventory on other cars I thought might be a good fit and was told I could "just come down" and do that. As if asking a sales rep to check inventory on a vehicle in a dealership was asking way too much. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!

A negative experience

I'm a very reasonable man in I never write reviews negative if I can help it but this place must be the worst car dealer in America their sales Personnel fight each other for a sale they lie and tell you there's no supervisor you could speak to and also if you give them a deposit you cannot get it back if you don't want the car please stay away from this place it is the worst car dealer in America in my experience you'll regret going there believe me

I don't recommend this place I buy 2013 ford escape from

I don't recommend this place I buy 2013 ford escape from there after one week the car starts making some noise the turbo charge is broken the transmission fluid is leaking in 2 months I bring the car 4 times and never get fixed the place is not good don't buy cars from there

DO NOT recommend this dealer at all!

DO NOT recommend this dealer at all!! Not happy with the sales and service. Should have trusted my instinct as soon as I walked in the door. Unprofessional, not thorough, and would not let us cancel after day 2 and refused to give us back our deposit stating the problem with DMV website was “Not their fault so we cannot cancel!!”. No review of car before my daughter drove it off, no 2nd key given and NOW THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON! Steer clear of this place, not worth it!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I went to test drive the car- and it would not start. At first it seemed like a dead battery- it turned out to be an engine issue. In order to get them to fix the engine they had me put a $1000 deposit on the car and told me since I couldn’t test drive the car it would be refundable- it was simply just to hold the car- this took several weeks. When the car was fixed I went and was not able to test drive it- was told to just take it and the deposit was non refundable. Car key fob did not work. The convertible top of car is broken- and I had the car for about 3-4 days before it started having issues. First the alternator- and then it was revealed it had cracked rims so air was leaking from tires. I got all that fixed just for it to constantly stall out about a month later. I am in NYC so I took the car to a few mechanics to see what was wrong and no one could figure out the problem. The car has a refurbished engine so the Dealerships wouldn’t even touch it. I had to take it back to ABW where they kept the car for nearly 2 months… with a constantly growing bill that nearly ended up totaling to almost $3000. I just got the car back late August / early September for it to start stalling and acting up again today. I called the dealership and they rudely informed me they don’t have a spot until December and they wouldn’t look at the car until then and when I explained that was ridiculous considering it seems related to the work they just did they made a snarky remark saying “oh yea, yours is the car no one else could fix and we put a lot of work in to!” At this point I no longer even wanted to deal with these scam artists. They should have never sold a car in this condition to begin with- and the “work” they put in that no one else could figure out was a direct result of them hob-Jobbing this car together enough for you to drive it off the lot. I know I cant legally I can’t do much but like others who have left reviews I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. I have had this car since March and have only had a few drivable months out of it- and they are kind to you until the car starts having problems… which is nearly an instant thing.

Condescending is the only polite thing I can think of to say. Not sure how they can stay in business treating potential customers as if they are unworthy of their time. Oh well, everything isn’t what it used to be…..

My wife and I purchased a 2014 Equinox this week, and our experience here was fantastic. Being a GM technician, I had some ideas what I wanted to check out before we got there and did my own inspection of the car which, minus a couple small cosmetic items, was a fantastic condition. Our salesman, Shuaib, was fantastic; he was easy to work with, not at all pushy, and the finance department was quick and efficient. I highly recommend this dealer and would be happy to purchase here again!
