We purchased a vehicle from Nalley Infiniti Marietta in
We purchased a vehicle from Nalley Infiniti Marietta in July 2025, and shortly after, discovered that a basic $1,500 part had needed replacement. We contacted the dealership (sales-service-back to sales) multiple times via phone and email asking for the repair to be handled—but received no response whatsoever. It's unacceptable for a dealership to sell a vehicle with known issues and then completely ignore follow-up communication. We gave them ample opportunity to address it, and they chose to remain silent. In addition, we feel we were treated differently because we bought a used, non-Infiniti vehicle. However, if sold by the dealership, all customers should be treated equally. Beware: If you buy from this dealership, don’t expect any support even a single second after the sale. We’re now left to pay out-of-pocket for a repair that should have been handled responsibly.
