They wouldn't do the deal I had already been approved for through my own credit agency, she made me run another credit report and gain another hard inquiry only to tell me without 3000down they wouldn't do it even though my lender didn't require me to put a any money down. Typical dealership carp, always bottom feeding.

Unfortunately when you deal with businesses nowadays there is a good chance your experience won't be the best. I myself have had more bad experiences than I can count on my two hands, whether it's a custom car seat cover company (AutoSeatZone) denying they obviously sent you the wrong color, or a bank (Ally) stealing money right out of your account. Yet every now and again you'll do business with a company that actually cares about their customers in a above and beyond kind of way. Here at Planet Honda my experience was just that, friendly customer service, maintenance, and sales staff to an all around amazing time from purchase to my cars first oil change and everything in-between. Because of this I have taken the time to write this review and tell anyone else I believe Planet Honda will also be right for you!

Very satisfied with their no pressure service. Went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Plus they had the best price compared to other local dealers.

We bought a pre-owned vehicle from Trava and she was really on point with customer service. Planet Honda did a great job of getting the car road ready. I felt safe driving off the lot.

Customers for 15 years. Just purchased a new vehicle with wonderful help from Andrew. He was professional and knowledgeable...and so patient with our many questions! We did not at any time feel rushed to make a decision and appreciated Andrew's attention to our needs and preferences. Our experience with the service department since 2011 has been consistently positive. Great sales and service staff--management, too!

Professional from the word go. Andrew, our salesperson, had more knowledge about every type of car than anyone we had ever worked with. We would definitely go back to this dealership. They are top drawer!
