Palmer DCJR and my service advisor Luis was great as
Palmer DCJR and my service advisor Luis was great as always. Did all the work and returned the vehicle earlier than originally promised. The only issue I had (and this is with Jeep/Stellantis, not Palmer) is that the lose bolts and xxxxx cost $430 to torque is a known issue so should have been covered by them as a recall or under warranty.

I'm pretty happy with this dealership service area
I'm pretty happy with this dealership service area generally....but the credit card fee has me livid. Did you know the credit card agreement states that businesses take on the cost of the processing fee? What are my options if not paying with a credit card? Walking around with cash (so people maybe now know it's easier to rob people at this dealership), or a check, like I'm 90 years old? Honestly. Take the credit card processing fee away, it's so stupid.

Was told 30 minutes for oil change.
Was told 30 minutes for oil change. Took over 3 hours. Excuse was they moved a larger service in front of me that took longer than they anticipated. No notice or option was presented to me. Service center was purely reactive.
