Employees were helpful.

Employees were helpful. Especially the service manager, David Keller. Bo Bryant was my sales rep. He made a scheduling error. He admitted the error and made it right; meeting the original schedule. Thank you.

Very friendly staff but the issue with my car still isn't

Very friendly staff but the issue with my car still isn't fixed. They hired an outside company to install a sunroof which isn't working and they haven't been able to get ahold of them for the past 3 weeks. Sunroof won't open at all and still have no updates.

Palmer had the Jeep I wanted on the lot.

Palmer had the Jeep I wanted on the lot. I was able to drive out the same day and with a monthly payment that was much better than the competitor I visited the day before. Best car buying process I’ve had.
