The receptionists were very dismissive, as a first time

The receptionists were very dismissive, as a first time visitor at this location they left a bad impression. When first walking into the service building each receptionist looked at me didn’t greet me until minutes later. I’m not sure why the energy was off, but as a customer I did not feel welcomed.

From first contact Steve gave me best offer and a written estimate on financing. Chris in finance beat my local credit union's rate, which is hard. The whole process was quick and painless and in less than 4 days I was the proud owner of a new 2024 Jeep GC Limited. would recommend and deal with them again.

Palmer serice center did my oil change and messed up not

Palmer serice center did my oil change and messed up not fixing bottom cap and it costed my vehicle go on smoke and stopped in the middle of road, dealers employees are very irresponsible, Seems dealers service employees doesn't know how to do any oil change.
