Luca was great to work with.

Luca was great to work with. He helped me pick out a car and purchase it within a day. He’s very knowledgeable about the whole process and answered all my questions. I definitely recommend him.

Buyer Beware

I went to European Engineering expecting to purchase a used Honda Pilot as an upgrade to the one I already own as well as a 2d luxury car. I knew the KBB and CR values for the Pilot. The asking price was $18,995. I knew the car had been purchased for many thousands of dollars less and I negotiated accordingly factoring into my offer a reasonable profit. Kyle was rude and insulting and outright laughed refusing to come off the sales price with a counter even though I increased my offer twice. I'm a corporate lawyer and know my way around car dealerships. It's highly unusual for a dealership to expect a customer to pay the asking price refusing to negotiate. I could accept EE may operate in that manner, until paperwork was produced by a 2d person (Mario possibly (?) (who went into the Enterprise Car Rental office to get it (?) which alleged the Honda in question was purchased for approximately $18,400. It's highly unlikely that a legitimate dealership would purchase a vehicle and flip it for a mere $500 profit which means there's funny business going on with the paperwork and sales practices at this place of business. They're also not very smart. Why would they play that game knowing I'm a lawyer (fraud anyone?) and that I intended to purchase not one but two motor vehicles? There's plenty of cars on the lot meaning there's not many sales. Fraud? Insulting? Rude? Condescending? Those are just a few of the reasons to avoid EE. Patronize this establishment at your own risk. If I could give it a rating of zero stars, I would. Coming up: a more detailed report to the Attorney General's Office for Consumer Affairs. Presenting bogus paperwork to an attorney was a really bad idea. PS: EE finally came off the ask by $500, meaning it was ultimately willing to sell the car for exactly what it paid. Highly unlikely.

European Engineering treats you like family !!

I was looking for a quality car for my wife & daughter to drive. I was a "newbie" at car-buying & financing. Luca went way over required to make sure that the car that I selected was safe, legal, insured & registered correctly according to Mass State regulations. I DO recommend Luca & European Engineering for your next car!

My Maserati Granturismo was purchased here, and after

My Maserati Granturismo was purchased here, and after almost three years of ownership this car has had no uncommon issues, Luca was good to deal with and everything went smooth. Great inventory.

Great selection of vehicles at fair prices.

Great selection of vehicles at fair prices. The European Engineering sales team made the whole experience so easy I came back and purchased a second vehicle a couple weeks later.

I am a first time car buyer in the States, so finding

I am a first time car buyer in the States, so finding someone I could trust and feel comfortable with was foundational. Luca answered my questions, helped with the financing application, and lastly, registration with an out-of-country license. All the time, very approachable and professional.

I had a good experience purchasing the 2016 Suburu

I had a good experience purchasing the 2016 Suburu Outback. The only issue was that after my son took the car to Amherst it would not start. Luckily it was under warrenty and the battery connection was fixed at the dealership. There is currently a high pitched noise coming from the engine, which my son may have to take back again to the dealership. But overall the mechanics and salesman are terrific.
