European Engineering. Great

Dennis and Tony are amazing. Responsive and flexible. Highly recommend them. They have great top end vehicles at reasonable prices. Customer service is also over the top.

Great Experience

This was by far the best service I’ve had when purchasing a car. They went above and beyond for me in every way. Not only did they hold my vehicle for me, but they drove out of their way to bring me the paperwork I needed, which made things so much easier. He was very straight forward and honest right from the beginning and I felt like the offer I received was more than fair. If you go there for a car ask for Dennis.

Student

I purchased a SUV last week. I thought I got a good deal. But I had to do a lot of negotiating. i was very disappointed when they didn't offer a full tank of gas upon pick up. I have purchased many cars & leased and they've always had a full tank no questions asked. I paid $200 for them to do the running around for me to go to registry & get inspection sticker which saved me a lot of time so that was a pro. My car only came with 1 key. I wanted a spare so I paid them $200 to order me an extra one. I dealt with Luca. When I picked up the car he never Showed me how to use , set up or which buttons did what. I always felt hurried. There were a couple of times I would call him and leave him a message and he didn't return my call. I would have to call him back the next day and his reply would be he was busy. Before pick up I specifically asked him to make sure something worked. 3 days later it wasn't & I had to stop at the auto store & buy one with my own money. I called to tell him I wanted to be reimbursed and he said it worked for him. He said he'd have to talk to the owner. I asked for the owners number so I could talk to him. His reply was ill talk to him and get back to you. Well it's been 3 days and still no reply back. some of the comments he has made to me were very unacceptable.

Superb ! Our 4th car from Dennis and the European Eng. team

This is our 4th vehicle from European Engineering. Myself, my wife and daughters all have been thrilled with the entire experience. Dennis has always been fair, and accommodating. They really are a pleasure to deal with and follow through with excellent service. For us there is no need to go anywhere else. We watch the website inventory and travel from the Cape to Framingham whenever we need a car.

Dennis was honest and straightforward with me. He was willing to work out a fair deal and took care of some minor details without any hassle. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used Audi

Great car great price

I have had BMWs for a long time.and after 12 years was ready for a newer model X3. After a very long search, the car I ended up purchasing was the best deal by far and the customer service was great.
