The most unpleasant experience I have had purchasing a

The most unpleasant experience I have had purchasing a car. For a company who prides themselves on customer service delivery excellence and stands behind their products, they suck. I had a 2017 Kia Cadenza shipped from Lithia Springs to the Roswell location because it was closer. The car arrived and I completed the test drive. It wasn't until I made it home and noticed that a button on the steering wheel was broken. This prompted me to look deeper into my purchase only to learn that the door handle had a complete hole in it. The security button was missing. As if this was not enough, the sunroof was not working properly. They were excellent on advising me to bring the car back and it would be at no charge to me. A 3-day repair turned into 7 days. After being advised that the wrong door handle was ordered and then tell me that the car had to be taken to the body shop to be painted. I am pretty understanding with delays but when I am told a date and time, I expect the product then or communication that the time frame has changed. I should not be doing all the calling. As if this was not enough, I called early in the week with concerns of not having received my hard plates. I was told they had been issued by DMV. To give it a few days. Needless to say, today if Saturday and I still have not received them. My current plates expire tomorrow. Had I been advised of the same information today when I called earlier, I could have gotten my own plates and not worried about going out of town to celebrate my mother. The worst car buying and customer service I have experience in life. To top it off, I cannot get the manager to return a call. He stated he will make things right with the car repairs by offering oil changes at no cost to me. I have now called twice and left message with the business office. Carmax, remember it is the service after the sell that makes all the difference.

Very Bad Experience with Carmax Roswell

The car I bought is a" Lemon" too many problems to list. Manager of location has refused to speak with me on how to resolve this "Lemon"purchase. Would not ever do business at this location again!!

Internet request for info

They have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had looked at cars on line and they responded to my request without bombarding me with calls, texts, e-mails. I wish they were closer!

My shopping experience @CarMax Roswell, Ga

My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.
