I have purchased cars from Pars Imports over 20 years. I first purchased several cars when I lived in Raleigh and I have bought several cars from them since leaving Raleigh. They were very helpful assisting me with my last car purchase remotely and they had the documents ready when I flew in to pickup the car. I have been satisfied with every purchase.

I have purchased (2)Acura MDX, Acura 3.5RL, Honda Accord, Jeep Wrangler, Lexus 330 SUV, and a Mercedes SLK 55 AMG. I have been satisfied with all the purchases. Nader, Jamal, and Tony have been great to me. They know their cars and are a great resource to discuss your automobile needs. I look forward to seeing these guys again soon for my next purchase!

This place is terrible!!! They do not stand behind their products. They are very nice before you purchase, then once they have your money and you have a problem they are not willing to help you. The vehicle was having problems after the second day, and they told me I should have purchased they warranty.

I was looking for a Honda CR-Z and Tony had a really nice one I decided to buy. Jamal and Tony both were great, and kept in communication and helped me arrange my finance and insurance. I would definitely buy from them again.

Have bought 2 cars from them. One for my son & one for my daughter. Both excellent.

Bought a 2009 Audi from Pars! The best thing I liked about them is they were honest. You buy a used car and that is what you get, they don't promise anything to you except the fact they only buy cars that have been well kept and in excellent condition!

Good experience here. Friendly and fast. Bought my daughter a car here and once I decided to buy the car, I was out of there in 20 minutes. I explained what I was willing to pay and he explained what he would take for the car. One round of negotiations, the way I like it. The car was fairly priced, not a steal, but not a bargain either. I understand the dealer has to make money as well. Most of the cars I looked at on the lot were fairly priced. The owner was a genuinely nice person and my 17 year old daughter thought the same. He also gave me some pointers on how to sell the car that I did not trade in. Again, good experience.

Bought a 2006 Toyota Sienna today from Pars. What a smooth transaction! Tony was helpful and friendly. Answered questions and provided information. Very comfortable experience. Pars posts each cars' Carfax so I could find out everything beforehand about the car I was interested in. Took the van for a test drive and to my mechanic to get it checked out. It did!! Got a good used van for a very good price. So happy my search is over! I will definitely go back when we need a new vehicle.

I live in Parker Colorado and felt comfortable enough with Tony and Jamal to travel to North Carolina to purchase a vehicle . They pride themselves on being very honest, and let me tell you, it is no joke. The Toyota Corolla was everything they had advertised and more. They made sure the care was safe and sound and ready to drive to Colorado . Aside from being very honest, they are also very hospitable, picking me up from the airport, and making sure I knew how to get around town. Tony and Jamal are definitely the best car salesmen I have ever dealt with. I would buy again from them, as well as recommend them to my friends.

Bought a 2009 Honda Fit from this dealer. Very easy buying process, I didn't feel pressure from the seller, they gave me lots of useful information about the car. Great deal, highly recommended!
