Never Buy From This Dealer!

I ,shoot myself, bought a new CTS Cadillac from this dealer and I bought it out of fear!!!! I had never bought a car on my own and the salesperson plus dealer taged teamed me! Red flags were flying, but all I wanted was to go home without a car, however, I sadely did not!!!! Please don't use this dealer if you don't like HIGH POWERED sales!!!

Beware......this is a horrible dealership! I was...

Beware......this is a horrible dealership! I was traveling alone with my young daughter and had problems with my vehicle, went to this dealership for help with a problem that GM would cover, service manager was rude, uncaring person as was the serivice writer. I had been talking with a GM representative because of a known documented problem with my vehicle. GM would pay for the problem but, this dealership refused to work with GM, Service manager refused to speak with the GM representative telling me I was not his customer so therefore he would do nothing to help us unless we had $1100.00 to fix the vehicle. They also tried to sell me other parts that I know my vehicle didn't need.....like brakes and rotors. This dealership could careless about the customer and is only out to make a buck and sell you as many partsas they can even if you don't neeed them. I will try to drive my vehicle back to NY where it will be repaired by a chevy dealership at no cost to me because GM will take care of it there. The sevice managers parting words to me were "he hopes I don't break down on a weekend". What a seriously sick person! I can't beleive GM would allow this dealership to represent them. Rose from NY
