The sales experience was wonderful.

The sales experience was wonderful. I worked with Monica Rodriguez and she was great. I got a great deal on my truck, and did not pay anywhere near sticker price. However, getting over to finance and completing the entire process was a real pain. I started working with Monica at 1045am, and did not finish in finance and signing all paperwork until 445pm. So, it literally took my entire day to purchase a vehicle, which is the one thing I hate the most about doing when purchasing a new vehicle! So 5 stars on the sales team, and everyone's friendliness, but 1 star for the finance team and getting me out of there quickly, so overall a 3 star experience.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Staff was very courteous and helpful with all the questions I had. I even received a genuine 'thank you', while there, from the owner of the dealership. I did not have the same experience with another local dealership a few years ago when I was looking to lease one of their vehicles. I would highly recomend Myrtle Beach Chevrolet/Cadillac and their professional team!

Just had a great experience working with the sales team

Just had a great experience working with the sales team at especially, Monica. She was very proactive and responsive and if she didn't have information for me she very quickly got it. Davide was a great help, especially as it pertains to electric vehicles. Will certainly recommend working with Monica, Davide and the team at Cadillac. Overall a great experience and I would definitely go back.

Brought in for first oil change they were more interested

Brought in for first oil change they were more interested in the free car wash which I refused next recommended oil change which was only a total of 15,000 miles on the car I did myself when I drained the oil out it was black n only 4 quarts two quarts down and the oil filter was still the factory filter on it i really don’t think they even changed anything

If I could give them zero I would!

If I could give them zero I would! STAY AWAY FROM MYRTLE BEACH CHEVROLET! NOT A SERIOUS COMPANY! I have put my name on the list for a Z06 3 years ago, before it was even announced. At the time, the sales manager (Scott) has told me it was going to be sold at MSRP and that I was number 4 in the list. In Aug 2022, he called and asked for my build and required me to pay $500 deposit for the car. At the time, he informed me I was now number 3. MOnths went past without any communications from Myrtle Chevrolet. I then called Scott at the beginning of 2023 and he said I was #2, and that they had one on the way. He again said it was going to be sold at MSRP. A few months later, he called me and said the dealership has decided to charge a $50k mark up, and that there was nothing he could do as this was an order from the owner (Loui). I said ok, I have waited for so long. Another YEAR WENT PAST, and nothing from them. I then went ahead and called, as I was told I am now number 7 on the list! hahahaha I seriously almost laughed! I then asked for my deposit to be returned back to my card, adjusted for inflation ($500 2 years ago is not worth the same anymore after 2 years of inflation). I was given a HARD NO, and that they would only give me $500 back (orders from the inventory manager, Bonny). IN short, they held on to my money for over 2 years, used as they wished, have not sold me the car and refused to make up for all the inconvenience by at least covering for inflation! I do not need the extra $50, but that is symbolic and it comes to show this dealership is made up of a bunch of clowns! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, THATS MY ADVICE!

Within retail business, there is no such thing as a refund with an adjustment for inflation. We returned to you what was previously given to us.
