Fantastic customer service

I was afraid to buy a car because i didn't want to be pressured into something I didn't want or need. I walked into the dealership and was immediately greeted. I was made to feel very comfortable and everyone I encountered said "hello, can I get you something to drink?" I was not pressured to buy a car. We spoke about options and what I was looking for. Once we drilled down what my options and price range was, they asked me if I wanted to proceed. They walked me through every step of the process and made sure I understood the purchase. There was nothing hidden and I didn't feel any remorse about the purchase. My salesman, Steve Ryan, was personable, friendly and made me feel comfortable. He handled everything from start to finish and spent time to teach me the features of my new vehicle. The owner, Louie, sat down with us and personally thanked us for coming in. We spoke quite a long time. The finance manager, Tony Madden, explained everything to me and got me better options. He explained long term options for my purchase. Again, I didn' feel nervous and hebfully explained every document signed. I would recommend this dealership to anybody who asks me. I cannot praise them enough!! And, yes, I am very happy with my purchase and looking forward to getting to know the service department!

Why would you go anywhere else?

On 7/13/18 I leased a 2018 Chevrolet Traverse at Myrtle Beach Chevrolet Cadillac. I had intended to turn-in my leased 2017 Equinox with over a year left before lease expiration. The sales team calculated the costs of both keeping the Equinox or turning it in based on several different scenarios. It is amazing how quickly they can address different projections. I ended up with both cars. Since 2014 I have purchased or leased 3 cars traded in 1 and sold another to them. Based on these interactions I can testify that they are an honest and straight forward business. Everyone I have dealt with has been friendly and non-confrontational. I feel that Charles Crawford is a friend and he will be my salesman for as long as he works there. I have been happy with the service department over the last four years. Also, they support our US veterans and the Charleston Fisher House which provides a place for families to stay when their service member or veteran is in the hospital in Charleston. I have purchased many new cars over the years and feel that Myrtle Beach Chevrolet Cadillac is the best dealership of all.

Kailyn's 1st car

Walked in "just to look" was welcomed with absolutely NO pressure!! and walked out with a deal we could not refuse. Extremely friendly staff!! Overall one of our best car buying experiences. Thank you Darrell Gibson, Ken Stubbs, Bill Basile and Mr. Rodriguez!! Even had to bring the car back the next day due to an issues. No questions asked the issue was fixed!!

Cadillac SRX

We were looking to purchase a Cadillac SRX as a second car. I did several internet searches and inquires. Darrell Gibson responded to both my inquires promptly and knowledgeably. I am a nurse and was working a twelve hour shift and had a staff meeting afterwards. I was communicating with Darrell way after business hours and he continued to respond to text! Darrell went above and beyond for me! We made the purchase and drove away with our SRX in several hours! The closing manager, Bill Basile was a great help in our adding an extended warranty and getting us the best rate! I will highly recommend Darrell and Bill as well as Myrtle Beach Cadillac!

Top Of The Line Dealership

Rex Harding and Loui Rodriguez made our dreams come true by going above and beyond for us to get our 2008 Buick Lucerne. We are so happy that we were finally able to get the car that we had wanted. This dealership has done it again, they have given us the best deal we could ever hope for. This is the third vehicle we have purchased here and as far as I’m concerned this is the only dealership in the Grand Strand where we will buy a vehicle.
