The absolute worst car buying experience I’ve ever had!

The absolute worst car buying experience I’ve ever had! These people will lie and cheat you while smiling in your face. I have them one star because there wasn’t an option of zero! I actually waited several months after purchase to ensure I wasn’t “hot headed” when I wrote the review! All I can tell you is if you want any kind of honesty and integrity, go somewhere else! They screwed me so bad that I’m still paying for it several months later. They sold me a piece of junk on a Saturday that they had not even taken through their inspection process. I did not want to buy it until they had checked it. They assured me that if I bought it, they would check it and fix anything wrong with it. They said if it was anything too expensive to fix, I could just give the truck back and get something else. Well lo and behold, there was several things wrong and they only agreed to fix one issue because the others cost too much. So…I said, just take it back and I’ll get something else. Their answer was, I could trade it in and my offer was $9000 less than I paid for it two days earlier, prior to their inspection and empty promises! This dealership is worse than any two bit corner car dealer you will ever find! Pure trash! AVOID at all cost!

We are truly upset, both about the experience with our store, and your perception of us. To confirm, we did indeed put this vehicle through inspection and service prior to delivery. We recognize that your vehicle broke down shortly after, which is when it went to Nissan to be repaired (given that it was a Nissan). We covered the cost of the full Nissan repair (who confirmed everything was corrected), and did indeed hope to trade you out of it, but sadly didn't have anything in stock at the time that met your requirements. Realizing this was months ago, we're extremely sorry you have been harboring these feelings throughout. We were under the impression that all repair work on your vehicle was done and it was in working order. Again, our sincerest apologies for your experience.

The biggest problem that you are refusing to acknowledge is both the finance manager and salesperson that got me to purchase the vehicle BEFORE inspection on a Saturday, static that if I wasn’t happy with the truck after inspection, you would take it back and I could get something else. Well, you in fact did have something else that I tried to purchase, but you offered me $8000 dollars less for the truck I bought 3 days earlier! This was after a promise to let me just return it for another truck! It’s just backwoods corner car lot promises to get the sell. Very sad!

Got myself in a bind!

Got myself in a bind! Called Jimmy Britt and spoke with Dalton . I explained my situation and he said at your convenience bring your vehicle in and we will put numbers together and see where I was. Well I held out a day and explored their website . I did my research and was praised for doing so! (Impressed). I came to dealership met Dalton and my salesman CJ (AWSOME guy) he took me straight to test drive and we talked and drove. (Amazing test drive) Extremely knowledgeable) Made me feel so at ease! I asked an insane amount of questions but he answered every one of them or looked it up. Matt in finance was a bit fast ( slight errors made but is getting fixed no problem). Everyone is fantastic there! Steven at the front counter(finance) is an outstanding guy! They all have made me feel so welcomed and don't hesitate to say when you are out and about or in for service stop by!!!! Due to these guys working so hard I got my TAHOE!!!!! Thank you to ALL involved!!!!!

CJ Nidelkoff was our salesman.

CJ Nidelkoff was our salesman. Let me say that I have hated every car buying experience in my past because of the underhanded crap and back and forth between the salesman the management. I told CJ what I wanted and he found me what my wife wanted. There was no xx back and forth I told him I was going to write him a check and they didn't try to upset me with anything. I a very impressed with CJ and this dealership!

Was looking at upgrading my truck and the first place I

Was looking at upgrading my truck and the first place I thought to look was Jimmy Britt in Greensboro. I had such a great experience last time I shopped there I had to go back. My sales representative was Damon Fair. He is an amazing guy, very helpful and professional. Was very patient with me and let me go on multiple test drives to pick out the truck that fit my needs the best. I would recommend this place to anyone.
