I had an amazing experince with the staff at Jimmy Britt.

I had an amazing experince with the staff at Jimmy Britt. My salesman CJ did a phenomenal job with helping me get the Truck I wanted. The process was exteremely smooth with Cj & Fabian. I would recommend anyone whose looking for a great sales team with great prices for your next vehicle.

I have bought my wife’s last two cars with Marcos help.

I have bought my wife’s last two cars with Marcos help. I cannot say enough about how great he is at his job. He has treated my wife and I with tremendous kindness and professionalism. He made my wife feel comfortable as they found the car she wanted. At the end of the days business I was just along for the ride! Marco has the patience of a saint and will make as many trips to the key vault to get you in the right vehicle for you. I surely will be contacting Marco the next time I need a new vehicle.

Took my 2022 canyon in because the key would not release

Took my 2022 canyon in because the key would not release from the ignition. I was told that their next open appointment was 20 days later and I was to drive my truck home and park it and then figure out how to get my truck back to them 20 days later.

We apologize that we didn't have availability in our service department that evening when you came in. As you know, it was raining significantly and our team did attempt to address the issue with you when you pulled up, but had no loaner available that night, which I understand was a requirement for you. We were, unfortunately, scheduled out two weeks on loaners, but could have certainly gotten you in without the need of a loaner. With that said, we're very happy you were able to get that issue fixed elsewhere. I'm sorry we couldn't assist you when you visited.

Contact was horrible I kept trying to to buy a car and

Contact was horrible I kept trying to to buy a car and they kept saying there was a deposit on it. I kept seeing it on cars.com and it is still there and they even dropped the price. I already bought another car but there car was my first choice!
