Kean was great he was very informative and new alot about the vehicle I purchased 2021 Gmc elevation he showed me how to work the computer with ease he was very polite and made the transaction smooth and problem free im enjoying my ride good business all around

The employees of this dealership are amazing.

The employees of this dealership are amazing. Dave Smith in Sales, Matt in Finance, the service dept and Jennifer in customer service were all so professional. I called to see if they still had a car shown on website. Dave Smith responded immediately and gave me all the details. The next morning I drove to dealership and all transactions went smoothly. Matt in finance does a superior job. After having the car two days there was a problem with driver side door lock and mirror. Service dept immediately told me to bring it in. Crystal in service is very professional, she got me a new car to drive and kept me updated on the repair. Jennifer in customer relations kept checking with me for any issues or if she could help in any way. This is the 2nd purchase my family has made from Jimmy Britt and we will continue to buy from them. Thank you Dave, Matt, Chrystal and Jennifer Connie

Jason has always went above and beyond with the entire

Jason has always went above and beyond with the entire buying experience….I have bought multiple vehicles from him at Jimmy Britt and he has always treated me fairly and respectfully. He’s always been there for me and all my questions 24/7 , so if you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle I’d HIGHLY recommend asking for Jason Herald 👍

The absolute worst experience I have ever dealt with a

The absolute worst experience I have ever dealt with a dealership. I have bought 8 cars sight unseen and these guys are the worst. First of all, their customer service is terrible. I was approved for the loan and no response from my sales rep. The excuse? We were very busy and since you are not local, people on the floor come first. So back woods to say that someone out of town is not priority. The car shows up and the 2022 Camaro convertible window is literally coming unglued from the soft top. I had to ask multiple times for more details videos and asked is the anything wrong with this car at all, the answer was that it’s in perfect condition. Just another typical car dealer lie to just sell a car/ Saty very clear of this dealership. They are liars.

From my first call with Seth Besaw and the personalized

From my first call with Seth Besaw and the personalized well informing video he sent me 15 minutes after we hung up, to closing everything out a couple of days later with Marco and Fabian....everything went very smooth and as promised. Everyone was extremely respectful of my time and understood that I was trying to buy my son's first truck and surprise him with it that day. That goal was accomplished !
