Saw the Ford Edge on-line and it had all the options that I was looking for. Worked with Jarrod Fawcett and he was very easy to work with. Showed us... the car, went on the test drive, and answered our questions with no pressure. They were willing to work on the price and Jarrod said he would be gone for about 5 to 10 minutes and he actually came back in 5 to 10 minutes. They didn't make us wait for an hour to get a response back during negotiations. Whole deal and paperwork was probably done in 30 minutes. Jarrod found the 2nd key for the car, we left to go to Denver, and when we got back the car was clean and Jarrod saw us off. Probably one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had.
Went to look at and eventually buy a 2017 F150 at Interstate Ford. It was a bit of a drive from Littleton so I made sure to make an appointment ahead of... time. When I made that appointment I also mentioned that I was coming in at 1pm so I can be on the road before 5 o clock traffic hit. When I got there the truck had some damage that wasn't mentioned in the listing. After inspecting the vehicle (which had some undisclosed damages but I was ultimately ok with them) I was ready to buy. After going through all the normal paperwork and finance stuff I was ready to drive off as I'd been there for a couple hours already. That's when my salesman told me it'd be another 3 hours until my truck was ready because it needed some recall work done and to be cleaned. I'd been following this truck for a couple weeks online so I know it was in there possession for quite some time in which they could've done all of that. I told my salesman that that was crazy and was never mentioned to my once throughout the buying process. I asked to see a manager who did absolutely nothing for me. Didn't even get my truck out faster. Then he had the gall to offer me CANDY as a consolidation when he saw how upset I was. I just spend $35,000 on a truck and you're gonna offer me candy for your poor service? That's just disrespectful. In the end I didn't get my truck until 5pm and after being there for THREE HOURS. I've bought half a dozen vehicles in my lifetime and have never experienced anything like this. If you have a problem with this dealership they won't work with you to make it right they'll just tell ya tough luck and send you on your way after three hours. I've had better customer service at McDonald's. Avoid this place.
Adrian coordinated a resolution that was an easy fix and honest. Another Ford dealership had diagnosed the issue and quoted $850 to repair. Adrian's... recommendation cost $0 and the glass repair shop did the work for free. Needless to say, I am now a loyal customer of Interstate Ford and will drive the extra distance for the great service. Honesty and integrity.
Jarrod has a way of making me comfortable that I am in the right place. I think your policy of "not having commissions " is especially important to me.... Then hiring quality' people like Jarrod gives your customer confidence in you. Your new facility is great and appreciated.

My experience there was top notch. My sales person Dan was efficient and no nonsense. I didn't feel like I was ever being talked down to for being a woman... and that is very important to me. Overall I give them 5 stars and would recommend them in the future.
Daniel was awesome. Really helped us get a good truck for our ranch. He had a good sense of humor too! I wish I would have known he goes by Scooter!
I called the dealership at 7:30 in the morning to ask if they had time to squeeze in a alignment and i was told i could drop it off but they could not... guarantee it to get done that day, which was fine i didn't mind leaving it for a few days if i had too. Mary Jo was not a pleasure to speak with but i still dropped it off. When i checked in with the Adviser i did not feel very welcomed and felt like i was bothering them...about 5 hours went by and i had not heard anything so i called to see if they thought they were going to get it done so i could figure out my day and a ride home if i could not get the truck back and Mary Jo was very rude again and made sure to point out that i didn't have an appointment (which i knew this when i dropped it off but i did not want to drive the truck with new tires and the alignment being off). I picked the truck up right away and I called Loveland Ford and they are about to finish up the alignment right now as i write this review.
I would like to apologize that you felt they were being rude to you. I will talk to everyone and make sure that no matter how busy we are we need to ...take time for our customers. That day our alignment rack was being used and we were not sure that is was going to be freed up before then end of the day. They were being honest with you about getting the alignment done. We are in the process of putting in a second alignment rack at out new dealership that we just opened so we can get more alignments done. We also have more racks and hiring more people to handle the growing community around us.
