Service writer was very friendly and let us know the part

Service writer was very friendly and let us know the part we needed was a special order and it would take a little time for it to come in. We were notified when the part was here and an appointment was made for the next day to install it. Work was performed as scheduled.

I had a fantastic experience working with Drew Schendel

I had a fantastic experience working with Drew Schendel (please get him up on this site so I can give him his well-earned five stars)! Every aspect of my car shopping process from my initial contact to driving away in my new vehicle exceeded my expectations--including working with Mike in finance. I could have gone to a closer dealership, but making the trip to Interstate Ford was well worth it; thank you!

To be honest with you my experience with Ford has not

To be honest with you my experience with Ford has not been great since 1992 when I returned from Germany with a Ford Taurus which I had purchased prior to my deployment. When I returned it was having problems with the heating coil and I brought it to a Ford dealership in Dallas and told the Service manager that I was in from Germany and my checks had an APO of NY on them which is a military address. I was told no problem, bring it in and they will get it fixed. When I went to pick it up the dealership would not accept my check, because "It was an Out of State check". I ended up having to to get the money from my in-laws to pay the bill. The next day while driving up to my next duty station I broke down in front of Pontiac dealer and walked out with a new car. I swore than I would never buy another Ford. I recently changed my mind after speaking with Ryan Huber and decided to give Ford another chance. Hopefully everything works out.
