I was truly expressed with the service and hospitality. Adam was very forthcoming and made us feel welcomed. He even offered to give a full refund if we were not happy and I bought a basic hoopty if you will. Lol. Will recommend them to anybody.

As with any car dealer; they want you there. Dealing with themfroma distance is virtually impossible. First of all most dealers use only an I-Phone,so sending pictures or written info,they are to lazy to retrieve. If you have a trade,the first thing isto go to the "blue book" and price it lower,or say the "title" is no good because an FL car etc. So I stopped trying,because you never get a good response if you're not local

If you are looking for a car this is the place to go. Straight forward and honest! Try finding that with many other car dealers. I worked with Seth and if I had any questions, they were all taken care of. Had nothing to worry about or think about. I highly recommend !!!

My much-used family minivan finally died and my mom and I began scouring the internet for a new (to us) one, and stumbled across this dealership. I sent off an online "contact me" message, and Seth phoned me - from his cell, on his off-time - within an hour. He was amazingly forthright, responsive and comfortable to deal with, setting the tone for the entire transaction... and Adam, who he had contact me later, was even more so. Speaking to them was like speaking to trusted friends who happen to be in the car business. Despite issues with logistics (I live upstate, my mom lives down, and the dealership is in the middle) and weather (winter in NY, yippee!), Adam made the entire transaction so smooth that we kept waiting for SOMEthing to go wrong. But the van was better than described when we saw it, he guided my mom through the whole financing procedure expertly and honestly and did most of it via telephone so she wouldn't have to travel much, and the whole experience was so pleasant, I now feel like driving my (EXCELLENT) new van over for a visit every time I drive by their exit! I cannot recommend these guys enough, especially if you are new to the car-buying process, or in any other way uncertain of receiving fair treatment elsewhere. These guys gave us a GREAT price on a solid car, are scrupulously honest, and will make the entire process a pleasure. I will never buy another car from anyone else, period. Don't care where I live!

Even though I didn't purchase a car with palisades, the customer service was excellent and I was treated with courtesy and respect.

I highly recommend Palisades Auto Sales. A friend of mine who works at another dealership told me that they are good and reputable and any car they sell will be worth buying. The car I wanted to looking at another person putting a downpayment on it. Adam, took my phone number and said if anything happens I'll give you a call. I got a call from Adam the next day, that if I still wanted the car it was mine. He returned my phone call after hours and three days later the car is sitting in my driveway. The sales people are very helpful and knowlegeable.

I was looking for a used car to replace my wife's older Buick when I found one on Palisade's website that I was interested in. Even though over an hour away, I drove down and met with Adam and Seth and ended up buying the car. The transaction was easy, Adam handled everything, and my wife loves the car. We had a minor coolant leak that was taken care of right away and both Adam and Seth went out of their way to get it repaired quickly and the car back to me. I would not hesitate to buy a car from Palisades in the future and highly recommend visiting their dealership.

Sold my car to this place. Moving to NYC and didn't need my beloved Jeep anymore. I went to the dealer where I originally purchased it from and to at least four other car dealers to get the best offer. Palisades Auto was one of them. I met with Adam and he was a pleasure to deal with. He didn't give me a bunch of BS or play any games. He made a call or two and within minutes he paid me exactly what he said he would. I am from out of state and found a car online from Palisades Auto Sales. I have purchased other cars online but none have matched the outstanding customer service I received from Adam. He went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable buying a car sight unseen. He even dropped it off at a Subaru dealership of my choice to have an independent review of the car. The car was actually better than described when it arrived. Adam is extremely trustworthy, honest and fair. He is conscientious and strives to "do the right thing". He even came in to work on a Sunday as that is when the shipping company picked up the car. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from him. I would be willing to speak to out of state buyers to discuss my experience.

Multiple family members of mine have been in the automotive industry for several years, so, I know a thing or two about buying a car, especially a used car from a dealership. Sure, everyone has pre-conceived notions about used car salesman, but rest assured, none of those stereotypes exist with Adam and Seth at Palisades Auto Sales. First of all, I pretty much knew exactly what I wanted (as I had some research on the vehicle I wanted) and saw they had one on the lot. I spoke with Adam on the phone before traveling to the dealership to see the vehicle (I live approximately 25 miles away) and was immediately informed about the overall condition of the vehicle. Not only was I completely informed, but we were able to work out the conditions of the sale since I was paying cash for the vehicle. Adam and I made this transaction based on the trust we developed in each other by communicating consistently about how the process was going and when we would be able to finalize the deal. I am extremely happy they had the vehicle I was looking for and Adam worked hard to get everything ready for me by the time I needed the vehicle. So, forget what you think you know about "sleazy" car salesman and if you are in the market for a used car, do yourself a favor and make Palisades Auto Sales the place you purchase your next used car.
