I realize that they have a quality product that sells itself. Honestly, though, I felt as if I had asked the clerk at KMart where my size jeans were,... and she showed me. I wouldn't expect the clerk to demonstrate the jeans, but when I'm buying a car...I expect more than a test drive and "you're lucky that your car hasn't died on you yet". Other than that, I was shown the fold down seat in the trunk. The customer is buying more than a car, he or she is buying a business relationship, long-term (service, etc) with the dealer. No effort was made to make me valued. None. Low ball on the trade, no explanation of the calculation of monthly payments or breakdown of the charges. I calculated different payments, and I got a phone call that basically consisted of "you're wrong". Truly, then show me how you came up with the figures. I felt insulted, and quite frankly hurt. It was the same way when I visited seven years ago. I guess some things never change. I loved the car, but I couldn't justify buying one under these conditions.
Went in to service my 2010 Camry but ended up having to buy a different car the same day. Customer service with this Spanish lady name Nazmen was really... good. She helped me through buying the car. She was patient, and took the time to call me and follow up. This was the best decision i made, even though i wasn't ready for a new car, I didn't regret buying it from here.
I have bought cars at Lynch Toyota, both new and pre-owned for years and will continue to do to. I also use their service for maintenance exclusively.
