Blessing did a good job explaining what changes and work have been done on the car and provided all the necessary paperwork. In the market for a new or used vehicle? Go see Keon Hall. My wife and I have had irritating experiences with car dealerships in the past. Scripted, i...mpersonal. Keon was none of that. He even laughed at my poor attempts at humor. He was very patient with us even though we test drove several cars and lots of questions. Next time I'm in the market for a car, I'll call Atlanta Toyota and ask for Keon.

If there was ZERO star I would! Service department is not time friendly and today's experience is a disaster( not first time). my 4 runner had airbag... recall and I made appointment early on(BTW, the guy I talked to was not polite), here is what has happened today: My appointment was 10:00AM I arrived at Atalanta Toyota at 9:30AM, I spoke with service representative Kim at 9:50AM and expected waiting times would be 3-4 hours( Toyota sent me a letter claiming that it would take 1.5 hours) 2:00PM I was told by Kim that the car was ready and tech was test -driving outside of shop, but he could not reach his tech! 2:30PM Kim claimed that the car was not ready, he would like to either give me a courtesy drive or rent me a car after I having waiting there for over 4 hours!, I refused! 3:20PM Kim claimed that the car was ready and he printed receipt at 3:24PM, I was instructed to wait at front porch 3:44PM still no show, I had to call service manager Jason and he drove the car to front porch at 3:55PM ! service representative does not have basic communication skill and courtesy, he deliberately tries to avoid answering any questions! I had all the service at Atlanta Toyota and they would not earn my business ant more!

This dealership is a really good dealership. I send my car in all the time to get service done on it. The service people know what they're doing and i...t's a great environment. The city is a diversity of different cultures so it's for everyone. I had my Toyota Corolla for about 3 years now and it works perfectly since I always get my service done here. I'm originally from Marietta but I don't like the Toyota dealership there. This place gives excellent customer service which is another reason I go there every time. I recommend this dealership to anyone who has a Toyota.
