We were on the hunt for a used Jeep after our 2009 wrangler was a total loss. After weeks of searching we stumbled across the 2014 wrangler at Sutherland Auto online and decided to drive out on a Saturday. Marlon went above and beyond to help us that day with excellent, attentive , and friendly service. Once we moved forward with our purchase he was able to assist us electronically as much as possible to ensure we only had to make the hour drive once, to finalize paperwork and drive home our new vehicle!

Visited Sutherland to check out a specific used Audi I saw in their online inventory. Kristen pleasantly and thoroughly answered my numerous questions. A car fax report was provided. I was offered to take a test drive on city streets and expressway - car performed well. Marlon gave me a fair trade-in value on my car. They were willing to do whatever they could to satisfy me on a deal, but without pressure. After thinking about it for a day, I decided to keep my car because it is still in very good condition with low mileage.
