I found a car on Cars.com and sent an inquiry Sunday night. I was contacted early Monday, went over to the dealership in the afternoon and test drove 2 vehicles. Tuesday I picked the one I wanted. Thursday afternoon I drove off in my car. I'm sure they would have had it ready Wednesday but I was busy. My sales person was outstanding, Marlen, and made my deal quick and easy. Thanks Sutherland Auto, I will be back.

Started exchanging emails with Marlon , one of the managers. Prompt responses and picture swaps led to the delivery several days later of my nearly new BMI convertible! Outstanding customer service and vehicle knowledge. Fantastic , problem free process. I recommend you buy your next toy from him!!!

I had been looking at new BMW's for some time, being in no hurry to purchase but looking for just the right fit...and price. I had been aware of Sutherland for years and had visited several times previously without purchasing. The staff are always welcoming and patient; not pressing for a sale. When I had just about decided to put an order in for a new car I happened by Sutherland during some other errands that same day and noticed the same model and color combination I had decided on. The car was a 2013 model with only 1100 (no typo) miles and in pristine condition, with every conceivable option and at least $20k less than new....almost too good to be true. Marlon, the sales rep, answered all my concerns, sent me off to test drive it solo, and negotiated a very fair price. When I picked the car up it was detailed like new, all the paper work ready and we were finished within the hour. I'm looking forward to many enjoyable miles of driving. I hadn't read any reviews listed here before visiting to write this one and am reassured and glad to add my high marks to all the others.

I was looking for a particular car, in this case a Mini Coupe, and found this dealer. I was impressed by the level of support, the selection of other cars (not that we were looking, but they have some great high end used cars!), and the sales staff. Marlon took care of all the details and was very responsive. If I'm looking for another used car, I will give their inventory a look before anywhere else, even though they are 2.5 hours away! They are too far away for me to consider them for service, but the shop was impeccable.

Sutherland Auto Sales came into possession of a somewhat hard to find vehicle in phenomenal shape. I contacted them via Cars.com and they got back to me within a day. The salesman, Marlon, was more than happy to address the concerns I had about the car being from an area with heavy rusting issues. I put a deposit down on the car and flew out to pick it up. Marlon (the salesman) picked me up exactly on time from the Rochester airport in a gorgeous new Volvo and was incredibly friendly and I was glad to get to know him. The car I purchased, a Saab 9-3, was in the exact condition shown in the pictures. It was cleaned and prepped but not greased up with nasty ArmorAll. The building that the dealer is at is incredibly clean and very nice, and the finalization of the sale was easy and hassle-free, and I was out the door in under an hour. Marlon even provided me with tips and warnings about my trip back to Dallas. I have since put nearly 2,000 miles on the car without issue and I am 110% happy with both my purchase and the buying experience.

I drove from Cleveland, OH to Rochester to purchase an Audi S5 from Sutherland after searching the internet for several months looking for an upscale convertible. Kristen was a joy to deal with; sincere, honest and helpful. A couple things of note; the car was more than advertised. Showroom new condition, new tires and a thorough review by Kristen of all of the features! Second, the process was quick and painless. All the paperwork was organized and took less than twenty minutes and we were on our way! I took a look at some of the other cars in their lot and can say all looked in perfect condition. I can tell Tony and Kristen are very particular in the cars they purchase for resale and for this reason can safely suggest that if you purchase a car from them you are getting a vehicle in prime condition! The last thing I want to relate is perhaps the most important. You often find out more about a Dealership after the sale. There was an issue with the factory warranty that was to accompany the car. Despite my concerns getting help from an out of state dealership, Kristen and Tony were terrific. They interacted with Audi multiple times on my behalf and remained highly engaged until the issue was resolved! For me, this level of support confirmed I had made a great choice! I have purchased a lot of cars over the years and I've never had a better customer experience!

Buying a car from Sutherland was an easy and pleasant experience. NO high pressure and obnoxious sales people, just fair deals and courteous negotiations.

Tony made my car buying experience extremely easy, he was very fair on the price of my new car and very nice. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and to put me in the car I wanted. This dealership is a smaller dealership but don't let that fool you. They have amazing cars and they are taken care of. I definitely will be buying my next car from them and I definitely recommend them

I wanted a VW Eos and the VW dealer in Alaska does not sell them. I went on an internet search and found one located in Rochester that met my criteria. Kristen made the buying process easy. The price was fair and I am very happy with the car. She even picked up my husband at the airport when he flew in to pick it up. Even when I hit a snafu of titling it in Alaska, they were there to help. I had a great experience with this dealer.

We just bought a 2014 VW Golf and couldn't have been happier with the experience. We made a fair offer and they accepted it. Then after filling out the paperwork, they said it actually came out a few hundred dollars cheaper. Who does that? Never had a car dealer say, "Oh we can actually do a bit better than we thought." I'd already said I wanted the car! Made the deal on Saturday and picked it up Monday. It was immaculately detailed and all the paperwork was done perfectly.
