Toy Barn

Our family of four drivers has been exclusively buying and trading vehicles with Greg Mcdevitt and the Toy Barn for more than a decade. We like to change up the fleet often,,and therefore visit the Toy Barn in person and watch their website for new arrivals regularly. The showroom and entire staff are a welcome relief from high pressure dealers. Their service department is awesome and goes above and beyond to make sure the experience is great. It's a lot like being at a car museum, or car show everytime we go. I'm not sure how, or why Greg keeps putting up with our craziness, but our experiences just get better and better!!!

My review has more to do with their finance person than sales. I was told that they would do a soft pull to see if they could match my bank’s apr, which was a very good rate. Instead of doing a soft pull they did a hard one which of course not greatly affects my credit for the next two years, credit I have worked hard on to get into a tier one status! And to add insult they were actually happy that they could give me what they termed, “an excellent finance deal” at just double the Apr which I already have. Which of course just about doubled the payment I WOULD have had if I wanted to business with them, which needless to say, but I will did not. I don’t like to do business with people that lie, especially car dealers! Good ones are getting harder and harder to find, at least honest ones.

4 Hrs One way to look at a car you could not drive ( Only in the parking Lot) Rear Tires was Completely shot The Car was not in the same condition as the website photos. Sales person was fine but I should have been informed earlier. Have not heard from the dealership since. Would have thought from such a High End Dealership & Inventory I would have been better informed
