I can't give enough high praises to Greg and the entire Toy Barn staff. This is my second dealing with Greg, this time selling my luxury car to Toy Barn. They gave me a great price and the process was simple. Their inventory is spectacular with high interest, low mileage vehicles and they're constantly getting new inventory and encourage browsing. I will soon be returning to Toy Barn to purchase my next performance vehicle. Thank you Greg and the Toy Barn Team.

I was shopping for a very specific new car - Dodge Charger Hellcat for several weeks - and since this model was no longer being produced by Dodge, I found myself searching the internet at dealerships all over the U.S. I had never purchased a car in this manner - I have always purchased new cars directly from the dealership - so, needless to say, I was apprehensive. Buying a car several hundred or a thousand miles away is not something I took lightly. I happened upon several vehicles that were promising from dealerships in Washington State, Texas and Ohio. After dealing with salespersons at each of these locations, I felt most comfortable with the Toy Barn in Dublin, OH. I ended up buying my new car from Toy Barn predominantly because of the no pressure approach I got from Pavel, a sales manager. He did an excellent job for me. He responded to my questions thoroughly and quickly. He made videos for me to more closely see the car and he was willing to negotiate on the price of the vehicle. I had the car priced comfortably for me before I came out to see it. I flew out with my own personal mechanic, we viewed the car, drove the car and the shop manager Kyle (another friendly and accommodating Toy Barn employee) put the car up on a lift for us to give it a thorough look-over. The dealership General Manager Chris was super friendly and accommodating on the day we went to see the car and we even met, and very much liked the dealership owner, Shawn - easy going and very personable. The finishing touches were made by the finance manager, Zach - who made the last, super impression for me. The Toy Barn has high standards as anyone can see - the specialized inventory of high-quality vehicles they sell along with the excellent sales and management team proved to me that you can buy a car by shopping online without fear. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a luxury specialized used vehicle to consider the Toy Barn for a beautiful inventory of sharp autos, and a great sales and service team. Definitely a sharp 5-star dealership.

The Toy Barn sold me a “clean CARFAX” Audi S4 with less around 5K mileage. A short while after purchase I took it to Audi to address paint peeling off the rims and the rear bumper to find out it was involved in a high speed rear end accident in Florida. Toy Barn charged me top dollar for the car and when I went back to them with the car they sold me like it was a prestine example knowing it was wrecked they offered zero compensation for selling me a wrecked car that was worth far less than I paid. I would run not walk away from the Toy Barn. Do not trust them. They buy wrecked cars at auction and claim they’re exclusive and mark them top dollar after doing chop shop repairs. And if you have doubts, go tour the backside of the dealership and look at the cars before they hit the lot. Even after refurbishing you can tell half their inventory is wrecked cars that have been repaired off the books to keep the carfax clean. I’m warning you so you don’t get screwed like I did. Shame on you Toy Barn.

During an internet search I found the vehicle I was interested in at the "Toy Barn". I performed another internet search on reviews of the dealership. I then proceeded to search every salesman currently at Toy Barn. It appeared prior to 2023 the dealership received less than favorable reviews. I can tell you that non-favorable reviews of Toy Barn are a thing of the past. I was greeted by several employees during my visit including mechanics with a smile and all made sure my needs for my visit were met. All current salesman had great ratings (not so for 2023 and earlier on salesman not currently employed by Toy Barn). I chose to speak with Greg McDevitt due to his years of experience and always receiving great reviews. Greg went out to get the vehicle I requested. In the mean time I viewed another vehicle I had always wanted but couldn't afford.. At the conclusion of my test drive quite naturally Greg asked me how I liked it. In my day I was a speed freak but being older now I realized more comfort is a better way to go. So quite honestly I told him I'd be tired of the Porsche 718 in three months. I did ask him about the beauty in the showroom. It was immaculate, low mileage and below KBB. I proceeded to test drive it and after a few days of ceramic coating prep went home with a car I always wanted but never thought I could afford. The next day I decided I didn't want some extra care items that I originally agree to. I called Greg and to be honest thought I would get some push back. Greg didn't even flinch and made the changes. I had him apply the difference to the down payment and it lowered my payment. The Toy Barn is handling acquiring my Plates as well. Since Purchase, prior to the first payment I also decided to pay the vehicle off and Greg stated Toy Barn take care of the process to getting my Title. Greg made the entire process effortless. On many occasions buying a car is like preparing to visit the IRS. Toy Barn was a complete enjoyable experience and I plan on return visits just to look at the many fantastic cars they feature as well as future purchases. Great experience at Toy Barn, with Greg and the many employees I had contact with.

If you are looking for a specialty Vehicle this is your Place. I would ask for Harrison Kniffin . Very professional and knowledgeable. He works closely with the GM which makes the process quick and easy.

They know their cars, and their customers. My sales agent was nothing but professional and gracious with his time. I ultimately did not purchase the vehicle, but would definitely go back if they had a car that better suited my needs.
