WORST SERVICE

I wish I could give it a 0 star. It took me an hour to get there which makes me have to take off work and school for the whole day. I get down there to get a new key for my car because it was bent. They said it would take 30-45 minutes… I was there for TWO HOURS. The first 30 minutes they spent looking for the key that they ordered for my car. The guy told me he couldn’t find it so he has to order a new one. I explained to him that’s not an option, and two minutes later he found it??? They finally gave me my new key and they bent it too just so it would fit into my ignition. They did not check with me or ask if I would like to fix my broken ignition instead. Paid $160 for a bent key and also didn’t get a days worth of pay check and missed class. Do not go here!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. DO NOT purchase a car from here unless you want to be completely scammed. They are dishonest and untrustworthy and do not follow through on their promises. They try to take advantage of women and assume they have no car buying knowledge. Management refuses to handle and / or call back to deal with any issues.

Horrible management and work culture. The took my Drivers...

Horrible management and work culture. The took my Drivers license and kept making excuses on why they couldn’t give it back. They kept lying and telling me they could get me the deal I want while bringing back new deals, with nothing they promised. I’d ask for my license, they’d make excuses and tell me the deal I want is about to be approved. This went on back and forth for 6 HOURS. They held me 2 hours past closing time in hopes of wearing me out and taking my money. I love Mazda’s but I’d NEVER give cutter my money. I’d rather buy from a mainland dealership and pay for shipping HALF WAY ACROSS THE PACIFIC OCEAN than give cutter my money.

Mazda CX5

My wife and I needed a second car because getting around the island with our daughter in our single vehicle was becoming a pain. We met Amar at the Mazda dealership in town and he was nothing short of professional and accommodating from the start. I would highly reccomend Amar and Cutter Mazda overall based off my experience. Mahalo !

Excellent Service!

I had visited a few dealerships before driving up and being greeted by Amar. I could tell he was really friendly to begin with so it made the process much more smoothly where I could talk about the type of car, budget, etc. without feeling like the information would be taken advantage of later in the negotiation process. We test drove a few cars and ended up purchasing a used Mazda3. I would definitely recommend visiting the dealership and working with Amar if you're searching for a car!

2019 Mazda CX5

Great customer service. Our salesperson Amar provided excellent services. He knew the product, asked what our needs were, what were our likes and dislikes. He was not pushy at all. He’s an asset to your organization. I love everything about my new 2019 Mazda CX-5.

Great Car and Great Service

We have been to Cutter Mazda twice now to purchase both a new and a used Mazda and the sales team has been excellent. Kyllie, Brian and Nyles were helped get us the vehicle and deal to get us into a vehicle that day. Thanks again.

Super helful Customer Service

I cant begin to describe how fantastic my customer service rep was when I was shopping for my new (used) car. Brian Wong took the time to show me every available used car in my price range, and even crunched the numbers to be able to offer me a few just a little over my budget. We talked about all of the important things, like safety features, model options, engine specs, and mileage, as well as some life and family related questions to ensure I was making the best choice for my lifestyle, with optimum seating for my current needs plus cargo room for large or bulky items like surfboards (or most recently a giant baby swing). He asked questions about aspects of my needs that I hadn't even considered, which is saying something, bc I tend to be super thorough about researching big ticket purchases. This brought me to my dream used car, which not only fits me PERFECTLY (thanks to his intuition and assistance) but also is the absolute BEST deal I was offered at any other dealership. I LOVE my new (to me) car and will always visit Cutter Mazda first for all my future vehicle purchases. Thank you so much Brian Wong, for all your help.
