This dealership operates unethically.

This dealership operates unethically. They intentionally hid problems with the vehicle and claimed it was in “excellent” condition. When the manager was confronted by the fraudulent misrepresentation of the vehicle’s condition he responded by saying it was sold “as is” and refused to do anything to attempt to remedy the situation. This is now being turned over to attorneys. Do NOT buy from this super shady dealership!!

Dealership misrepresented the vehicle.

Dealership misrepresented the vehicle. Purchased a vehicle after dealership confirmed there were no major issues with the vehicle (minor scratches on body / slight damage to bumper). Received the car with 2 major issues that the dealership specifically said there were no issues with. Contacted Jeremy which discussed sending a missing part, addressing major items identified upon receipt. After following his directions to check with a shop and get diagnostics and more info, he went silent. Has not returned any emails or phone calls with messages left. Never provided any additional documentation promised. It's been over a month and I was patient and tried working with him in addressing this misrepresentation of the vehicle sold. Unfortunately, I have to take other actions now since Jeremy is unwilling to work with me. Do not purchase from this dealership unless you can verify everything, in-person. Their "nationwide shipping" is a way to dump their problem vehicles on victims in other states. Requested dealership refund money and they can ship vehicle back to their lot.

I found this dealership off of cars.

I found this dealership off of cars.com Aunt. I wish I would have never found them. Their management and their team are liars and crooks. They lied to me and told me my car had a warranty. Just an all-around bad experience. I highly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

Bad experience will never recommend them to anyone

I I purchased a car with one key swab they told me it was $150 to get another one I went to the place it was $250. I put groceries in my trunk and figured out there was no cover or spare tire in the truck, called the salesman for help. He said they could get the cover but not the spare tire. later the manager decided no because I already purchased the car and said how he’s does know if I removed it myself and was trying to get over on them. He knows that stuff wasn’t in there because whoever clean the car had to notice it.

2014 Dodge Charger R/T purchase

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and Everett Gagnon made it not only easy but very quick. At the same time he throughly explained each step to me along the way & saved me a ton of money. I will recommend anybody I know to buy a car from this dealership!

I purchased a car from here few weeks back. I seen the car on cargurus.com. Mike greeted me on the lot and he is not “salesman” he is a great guy who sells cars! Process and experience exceeds the bigger dealerships. I really felt great about Mikes input, knowledge and transparency. I had time to look around the lot during my buying process. They have a great selection of cars!!! It’s been almost a month since my purchase I’m just as happy with my decision! Their prices are really fair and best of all your getting a great car! The pictures online did no justice to how clean the car was in person. If you’re in the market for a new car save yourself some time and go to midamericaautogroup.

Hands down buy from Mid America Auto Group

Mike Sturgeon is the absolute best!! Not pushy and keeps everything 100% about the car to the paperwork!! Highly recommend this dealership!! And shout out to Jeremy the finance guy, he explains every breakdown!! We were treated like family with these folks

Mr. Jeremy Sparks provided the best experience

When I was in the market looking for my next automobile I come in contact with Mid America Auto Group LLC through an online car sales site. Jeremy provided me with the best experience possible every time I talked with him. He made my car search and purchase enjoyable. Within couple days I was satisfied with my 2013 Ford Explorer Limited. I love my new - used car. Thank you Jeremy for such experience.
