After purchase, my car detail guy discovered paint overspray, signs of prior body repair on the passenger rear quarter panel and bumper repair. The dealership has denied responsibility, citing an as-is sale and the CARFAX report, despite clear physical evidence of repair. Disappointed that a franchised Infiniti dealer would sell a vehicle with undisclosed body work and refuse to address it. Posting for consumer awareness and hoping Infiniti corporate will review.
