    My car was in better working condition before I took it in to get the door handles replaced. Good thing I didn't take it in for engine problems lol 😆... who knows what would of gone wrong with it after they "repaired" it 🙏🤦???

    I thought I was taking my Sonata 2008 to professionals, since they are a Hyundai dealership, but I was so wrong!!! ‍♀️ Do not go there.

    I got a car detail done here at Speck they went above and beyond, my car looks amazing! They have the best prices around! Brian was very courteous, I will... be definitely telling my friends!

    I got new tires put on my car and also had an alignment done while at speck. Brian assisted me in Service and was very polite and courteous. I'll recommend... Speck to others for sure.

    I had an issue with a company called "National Automotive Service Corp." The company told me "My protection plan for my suv would soon expire and then... wanted me to renew with their company" I had put some money down to renew this policy. When I talked to Jessi on Feb 18, she told me "this is NOT the company we deal with. Feb 19, when I went to Speck to have my Santa Fe Sport serviced for an Oil Change , Jessi had told me" she had called this company and did some checking with them. I took in my policy that I have with National Auto Care, and the policy that National Automotive Service wanted be to buy. Jessi had looked over both policies and told me "the policy I had with National Auto Care was a better Policy and I was still covered until 2017, I will get my deposit back for this other company. I certainly appreciate what Jessi had done for me. I would Recommend Speck Hyundia very highly and the people they have working for them. Thank You so much. Pat Cahow - Kennewick, Wash

    Speck is amazing we got screwed over by West Coast Auto Dealers and Speck is going to help us get the issue fixed and Teddy is the one helping us at the... Pasco location. Thank you guys for trying to help us in this messed up situation they put us into.

    We arrived at Speck Hyundai to review a used Santa Fe. Our salesperson was very well informed about Hyundai's SUV's, so we also reviewed some new models.... The Santa Fe Sport that we finally bought really impressed us and the dealer provided an outstanding incentive program. The closing took very little time and we drove away with a new vehicle. Dealer follow up has been very good, and we would be happy to recommend Speck Hyundai to others.

    I brought in a used vehicle I just purchased knowing it had some issues with it. Brian understood right off the bad that I wasn???t trying to drop a bunch... of money into it. He did however tell me everything that was wrong with it and cleared up some issues about what I ???thought??? was wrong with it. Anyways, I got all the work I needed done and didn???t break the bank and I felt super comfortable and happy as my car just feels a lot better than when I picked it up. Also I haven???t really met someone his age who is as professional! 5 stars I???ll be back.

    I am from Canada and while my wife and I were traveling to Arizona for the winter we had a small engine fire in Oregon. My car was transported to Speck... Hyundai, which was the luckiest thing for me. From the minute it arrived Mike Marchese went to bat for me and eventually was able to get my engine replaced at no cost to me with Hyundai Canada. On top of this he was able to arrange a rental car for me to continue on to my destination in Arizona. Even when we reached Arizona he continued to fight for us with Hyundai Canada to try and reach a equitable solution. I have been in business my whole life and have seen a variety of service levels. However, I can without a doubt state that Mike Marchese provided me the best service I have ever had. He was in constant communication, was very compassionate to our plight, professional , and did everything and more than I would have ever imagined,to rectify our problem. If Mike is a representation of the quality of service and care Speck Hyundai provides I would whole heartily recommend dealing with them. Thank you Mike .

    We swung in to Speck Hyundai to check out their Kona availability and to get hands on one. We ended up leaving with a 2019 Kona Ultimate AWD. We are... from Central Oregon and have not been impressed with our local dealership. On our way through Tri Cities we decided to stop in. We were greeted by the front desk and were referred to Al to help us walk the lot. He took us right to the Kona Ultimate and we took a test drive. Upon arriving back, we did a little negotiating between Al and his sales manager. It was an overall great experience and we came to terms that worked for both the dealership and ourselves. The finance guru Jesus was also a pleasure to work with and he convinced us to add an extended warranty and GAP insurance, which gives us peace of mind for years to come. Overall very pleased and will keep them in mind for future Hyundai vehicles. Thanks guys!
