I want to give Speck a heads up on there great service department. This is my fourth Hyundai and I have never been disappointed in there service. Always attentive, friendly, and keeping me informed. This is my third dealership visit this month and let me tell you I was surprised at how the other dealership mistreated me. I had a appointment at one upon arriving I waited 35 minutes just to get to talk to someone and they informed me it would be another 45 minute wait just to see if I can get in for and oil change. I left. Then I went to another one for an oil change and the car had a factory recall and said the parts where on order. As I was driving home the part they were ordering flew off from the car so I returned to the dealership and they informed me it would be at least three months. Meanwhile, my granddaughter is driving an unsafe vehicle. So thank you Hyundai for being so accommodating, friendly and service oriented.

I was told in July of 2023 that my oil pan was seeping.
I was told in July of 2023 that my oil pan was seeping. I paid Speck Hyundai a premium price to replace my oil pan gasket by a so called qualified Hyundai mechanic only to drive 8,100 miles as of September of 2024 and be told it’s seeping again and they refuse to fix it saying the only warranty 12 months or 12,000 miles but it has to fall into both categories I mean after 8,100 mile a oil pan should not seeping again it obviously wasn’t done right if I was you I’d pick a different place to service your car after dealing with speck Hyundai for over 10 years and buying 5 vehicles from them I’ll never trust them to buy another car or service my vehicle again

Last month I brought my car in for headlight adjustment.
Last month I brought my car in for headlight adjustment. Serviceman worked on it for over an hour. I was charged over $100 for his time, but he wasnt able to adjust them. I'm a 73 year old woman and my son and I had them adjusted in less than 30 minutes. I won't be back even though they've worked on my Sonata since 2006. I won't waste my money another time!!

Was looking to purchase a used Sonata.
Was looking to purchase a used Sonata. Reached out to the dealerships to see if we could workout a deal. Michael Landon is very unprofessional and does not know how to work with a customer on a car deal. When he didn't get his way, he hung up on me like a child. If you don't mind working with unprofessional sales person, he is your go to guy! Will not take my business to this dealership.

Poor Customer Service in service department
Had the driver side door handle replaced in February. In the process of them replacing it they broke the tweeter speaker mount in the process. Was told they would get as new one, but as of yet (March 30) they have done anything to get it or replace the speaker assembly. Completely poor customer service. I wouldn’t recommend specks Hyundai to anyone. I wouldn’t even buy a car from them.
