Porsche Main Line

The entire experience was excellent. Tim Grape was a pleasure to work with. From initial contact, to follow-up, closing and delivery it all went smoothly and very professionally. I found this 2016 Cayman GTS online after an approximate three-month Internet search. When I contacted the dealership, Tim Grape contacted me immediately and, for the next couple of weeks, patiently and thoroughly addressed all of my questions and concerns. My wife and I then traveled across PA to the dealership to meet Tim, discuss the car, and then go for a test drive. All the while, Tim was extraordinarily helpful, courteous, and professional. We purchased the car that day and began making plans for me to drive back to Newtown Square and pick up the car when the weather permitted. There was never a time when Tim wasn't available for help and advice. Ms. DelRomano of the dealership financial department was equally cooperative and professional. Picking up the car was a thoroughly enjoyable experience as well, including Tim picking me up at the car rental office right on time, giving me a tour of the dealership "warehouse", and helping me find my way out of town and back onto the highway to Pittsburgh. I could not have asked for a more enjoyable auto purchasing experience.

Went to look at an 02 Porsche 911. Been looking around a while to find this generation/style of the 911. Came across a this particular car on the Internet. I knew it had to be somewhat decent of a car if Porsche of the Main Line had it on their lot. Made an appointment with the sales rep Brett Hagen to see the car. Brett was an amazing. He was upfront and honest with a few details about the car that needed repairing. We went out on a test drive and I was hooked! We negotiated a deal including service to get the car up to spec. The car was then handed over to a phenomenal tech named Christopher Wise. Not only did he expertly fix all the issues with the vehicle. He went above and beyond fixing other details of the car that were not part of the deal. By the time he was done, the car was near perfect, especially for its age. Brett and Chris made my Porsche buying experience great. My 911 was by far the least expensive Porsche they had on the lot. (I was surrounded by dreamy $100k - $200k + Porsches and Lamborghinis) Brett, Chris, and the rest of the dealership treated me as if I was purchasing a new car. Not one single detail was missed from the buying experience. I would highly recommend Brett and Porsche of the Main Line to anybody looking for a new or used dream car.

I located a low mileage 2015 Macan at Porsche of the Main line. Within 30 minutes of emailing to see if the car was still available, Tim Grape emailed and phoned me. When I arrived a short time later, the car was ready for me to view and test drive. I decided to purchase the car and the team at POTML quickly prepared all the paperwork including financing to complete the deal. They even took care of contacting my insurance company and ensuring the car was added to my policy. A really good experience all around.
