a pleasant buying experience.

I bought a 2002 lexus es 300 from here and I still can't beleive its a 2002 model so clean and so well maintained . Mechanic said everything was so well maintained all it needed was an inside air filter. I'm so happy with my purchase that I'm coming back for my daughters car.thank you Todd

My Daughter's First Car Purchase

My daughter bought her dream car this weekend. Richard Williamson was great. I was there 30 minutes before they opened and he not only allowed me to come in, but he let me take the auto I came to see for an extended test drive to show my daughter. He went over all the history he knew about the vehicle including an admission that they bought the vehicle and later discovered it had transmission concerns. He showed me invoices where it had been repaired and let me know it had a year's warranty on the repairs. He put gas in it for me to take the car across town for my daughter to see and even told me if we decided to get the vehicle, we could come back Friday or Monday to finish the paper work. My daughter loved it!!!! She is now the proud owner of a 2006 Mini Cooper from Brandt Auto Brokers:)

Great over all experience

I was pleased with my overall experience here at Brandt. The salesman was very pleasant and helpful. Never was he pushy or harassing. Provided excellent customer service in answering and explaining any questions or concerns I may have had. He was also very prompt in helping with the financing at a fair rate, not like some of the other guys out there. Provided a good quality car that my whole family enjoys. Thank you very much for a pleasant experience. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a good used vehicle.

Questioable Customer Service

I drove over 50 miles to check on a car that caught my interest. Once I got to the dealership Mark was on his way out and he said that I would be in good hands with Greg. So, I asked to test drive the car I previously called about.and Greg had the maintenance guy point the car out to me because he said he was the only one there. (Which I understood) Nevertheless, when I got in the car to test drive it, it was completely on empty with the red light on. I called ahead of time, so I would have thought someone would have put some gas in the vehicle so that I could at least feel safe not to run out of gas and be on the side of the road, especially since I was a potential buyer with a blank check in hand from USAA. Long story short I was not able to test drive it on the freeway and quickly turned back around. When I came back and I inspected it further, I inquired about the red fluid in the back of the trunk and he was oblivious to what it could have been. He said he could have it cleaned out but seemed as if I was making a big deal about it. We went inside to then talk about negotiating the price. When he began adding up the fees and I told him I wanted to negotiate the price. He then proceeds to tell me he didn't think he could do what I was asking, that the owner would have to approve it. So, I asked him to call the owner. He then commences to tell me "Mark is getting a haircut." I told him, "OK. well, Marietta is not next door for me, I drove over 50 miles and I'd appreciate if you could at least attempt to call him while I'm here." He got up reluctantly and went outside to make the call, (I wasn't quite convinced that he had call anyone.) Most dealers have the discussion in front of the customer to show they are making some effort to meet them halfway. He comes back in only to tell me, "I'm sorry, but we can't do that price out the door." The word "can't" should never be in the vocabulary of a business person without trying to meet on common ground. The car had been sitting for over 3 months. Maybe it just wasn't a god day for Greg, but whatever the case was or is, I decided to take do business elsewhere.

Thank you for posting your review. I have discussed your concern with Todd, who was the staff member you worked with on April 2nd and he did confirm that the out the door price for which you were trying to purchase this clean, 1-owner 2002 Volvo S60 could not be met. In good faith, Todd offered to lower the final out the door price while you were here at the lot but you stated you could not spend any more. Yes, Greg did call you back on April 4th at 11:30am and spoke to you and your brother and made another attempt to earn your business. Giving you a few days to consider that we had discounted the car heavily, Greg followed up with your brother once again on April 7th at 5:00pm but your brother said you were still shopping around since our price did not meet your needs. We appreciate you staying to your budget and wish you the best in finding the right vehicle to meet your needs. Your review is confusing to us since we strive hard to treat every customer the way we ourselves would like to be treated. It appears you feel that you were not treated well simply because we could not discount our vehicle to meet your request. We value all our customers, which is why our family store has grown over 14 years and with the same staff since opening. We do operate as a family store and yes, on rare occasions, like the day before Easter weekend, only one person was at the store to help customers. If any future customer has any concern about purchasing a vehicle from Brandt Auto Brokers because of this review, please come spend some time with us to realize we are genuine group of folks trying our best to serve our customers. Great car buying experience!

While assisting my 21 y/o daughter with her first car buying experience, I accompanied her for direction and to ensure that she was not taken advantage of. After visiting several lots and test driving several vehicles we found ourselves at Brandt. We were approached by Richard Williamson who approached me as the potential buyer. When I introduced my daughter and told him that she was the one looking to purchase, he turned his attention to her treating her with courtesy and respect. After test driving the car that we came to look at, we asked Richard if it would be okay to take it to our mechanic for review. He not only agreed but encouraged it. After returning, we let Richard know that we were interested and settled on a selling price. As it was late in the day and we did not have our financing 100% worked out we had to return the following day. I once again accompanied my daughter but was working with a short time frame because I needed to get to work. Long story short, throughout the time spend with Richard through the entire process, I felt comfortable enough to leave for work and allow my daughter to complete the process alone. Thank you Richard and Mark for your courtesy and assistance, it was a pleasure doing business with you and we will share our experience with others and be happy to recommend you to anyone in the market.

Expert assistance and easy financing

Found my car on the internet and worked with Mr. Goodwin in test driving and getting approiate paper work completed. My fiancing didn't work out and they got me a great rate and terms in less tha 2 hours! If you are looking for people that are easy to work with and very professional in their business then you need look no further.

Great Friendly No Pressure Sales

My Wife And I recently purchased a car for my mother from Brandt, and I have to say that there is not a better dealership that I would trust for my mother then Brandt. Greg Goodwin was my salesman and he was excellent, no pressure, easy to talk too. Brandt's website is also excellent and up to date. The payments were affordable with a real bank for financing.
